I was referred to Ed of Ecocare Electrical for a second quote to install Solar Panels & Batteries. First impressions were good arriving on time. After surveying my property Ed confirmed he would have a quote sent within the next 2/3days. The quote was £1000 cheaper & included 20 panels rather than 18 quoted by another supplier. The materials were identical! Needless to say I accepted the quote and booked an installation date for 25 September. Paid deposit with balance on completion. Ed & his friendlyteam duly arrived on the 25/9/26 and completed installation. The workmanship was of a very high quality, neat & extremely tidy. Could not find any faults whatsoever. The handover with all the necessary paperwork was great. Pleasantly surprised with an insurance backed 2 year guarantee. I would have no hesitation recommending EcoCare Electrical Ltd.
Had an EV Charger fitted a few weeks ago. From onboarding to fitting it all went very well. No complaints, and very good job from fitter and great aftercare from Ed/Sandra. Would highly recommend.

Ed offered an excellent service from start to finish. I needed a small range of PAT testing done and he was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond throughout. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again for future electrical work.
Edward plus a trainee arrived promptly this morning within minutes lamps were replaced and then checked out the problem of my large water heater malfunctioning. problem turned out to be a burned out thermostat! They had to go to a parts supplier for a new thermostat and had suggested that I try a digital version which would be a more flexible arrangement. Which was subsequently installed. So everything is working fine.
Had Ed into first fix and then to second fix our bootroom and utility room. First rate work and supplied everything.
We had some electrical work done in our kitchen by Ed and one of this colleagues, and were very happy with the process from start to finish; the initial visit, quote and the work carried out on the day. Friendly, efficient and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
