Identified and sorted out a leaking tank and replaced boiler pump within 48 hours of us reporting an issue with hot water. Josie is super helpful and organised everything brilliantly.

Domestic came out to service my Air Source Heat Pump and resolve some ongoing problems with the system. Luke the engineer was excellent, arriving promptly and quickly diagnosing what the issues were before resolving them speedily and efficiently. The system is now working well and I am very pleased with the service I received !

Chris gave a very competitive quote and explained the process and location for the installation. There was a small problem over the availability of the unit due to the heatwave but they sorted this out and actually supplied and fitted the unit in our bedroom ahead of schedule. The workmen including the electrican were prompt helpful and tidy. I was very impressed with the overall process and would recommend them. They also do an excellent job on our boiler maintenance.

just to say what a wonderful service by The Domestic Heating Team. On Saturday 23rd May I had NO water and none of the toilets would flush. It was a Saturday and Monday was the Bank Holiday, Matt was here after an hour of the emergency call. He did a great job it was the tank in the loft he put in a new "thingy" dont know what they are called and checked everything was working correctly before he left. Had no problems since. I would rate 5 stars (more if I could) great service.

We've just had our leaking copper cylinder replaced with a Gledhill Stainless Steel one that is more suitable for use with our air source heat pump. Matt has done a great job, he was an extremely nice chap and was clean and tidy whilst in our house. We are very pleased with the new installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your plumbing and heating needs.

From the detailed and competitively priced quote visit, where they took the time to understand what we needed and talk us through the best options, right through to the installation, everything was great. The installation itself was done carefully and left so tidy, as you can see from the photos. We do not even need to decorate or patch anything up afterwards, which I expected we would. I was a customer of AOS for many years and recently took out a new contract with Domestic Heating Team which had absorbed AOS. After 5 months, my 14 year old boiler in the loft gave up and leaked some water through ceiling. Domestic attended last Wednesday, found problems and then gave quote for new boiler with 10 year warranty and a planned installation date of Wednesday 15 April. I am pleased to say all went very well with their Engineer Adam assisted by John to fit boiler, plus their roofers to fit new flue and ending with electrician for final safety checks. They were extremely efficient, courteous and arrived promptly at 8am and were finished in the afternoon. No fuss, no mess. Well done Domestic ! I am happy to have decided to join them when they took over AOS pre Xmas, as i am, that they still have some of the old AOS staff too. We are very satisfied customers. Steve & Jean - Sawbridgeworth.

I would highly recommend this company. We have an annual service & cover plan with them & noticed the heating wasn't coming on at 20.00hr on a Friday night. Domestic Hating Ltd had an engineer out the following morning who diagnosed the fault & got us back up and running with heat & hot water. The faulty valve was then replaced on the Monday & the boiler serviced & checked . Great Service.....a big thanks to their engineer Luke for sorting everything so quickly

Had air conditioning fitted a couple of weeks ago. Did a very tidy job, aligning with existing fixtures to minimise external clutter and visual impact. Team were very friendly and polite, and efficiently completed the job in a couple of days. Overall very happy with the installation.

I recently had a seemingly complex issue with my boiler which was still under warantee and which called for cooperation between Domestic Heating and the boiler manufacturer. Whilst Domestic heating engineers and office staff were helpful, sympathetic, and professional, the manufacturer was not. Over the course of three weeks I was visited by 4 different engineers from Domestic Heating Team who tried very hard to get back my heating despite being thwarted at every turn by the manufacturers lack of meaningful input. All of the engineers they sent were polite, friendly, professional, respected my property, thorough and arrived on time. I would like to thank in particular Matt who went above and beyond and finally got everything up and running after working from 9.45am until 5.45pm without a break. Well done.

Called Lee as my boiler had failed. Prompt, friendly and efficient response and new boiler fitted quickly by Adam and certainly at a price I was pleased with. Unfortunately, I also had a leak somewhere along the pipework which turned out to be under the floor. Clear explanation about the problem, how it was identified and how it could be resolved. Matt took on this part of the job and I now have a brand new, working system that will last for years and years at a very reasonable price. Delighted with the help, advice, workmanship and attention to detal from this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
