Professional, reliable and good communication. Fitted a new consumer unit and rectified a few problems at my new house. Will continue to use in the future. Thanks lads
Have dealt with Lewis on several occasions now across multiple properties and always received great service and a quality job.
OneCap installed my EV charger and I can’t recommend them enough. Competitive price, prompt arrival, and a neat tidy job! Joe took the time to visit in advance and take me through all the options including the pros and cons of each. I decided on a Zappi unit. Within a week it was installed at the price quoted. The guys did a top job, explained how everything works, and even tidied up after themselves. Big thanks to Joe and the team at OneCap
I have used one cap electrical services several times each time Joe has turned up on time as arranged. He explains my options before he starts work and agrees a price so there are no nasty surprises. I definitely recommend using this company
I have had 4 pendant lights fitted in the past, and i am about to have more work done. The service one cap provides is professional and excellent. Prices are hard to beat!! . A fantastic service by jordan.Nothing was too much of a problem and he explained everything he was doing step by step, going above and beyond.A real pleasure to deal with and great to see an honest guy take real pride in what he does,he even hoovered up too.Would certainly use him and his skills again for any future work. Our new latest edition consumer unit works a treat ,and to know we are 100% safe is real peace of mind.
The job was completed to high standard and was very pleased with how efficient they worked. Professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and will use again.
I had a problem with the boiler tripping the MCB/RCD on the consumer unit. I wanted the circuits checking to make sure there wasn't a problem with them. JLO Electrical Services came out within 24 hours and did a thorough check so I now know there is no issue with the wiring. Very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely brilliant. They gave me more cost effective alternatives which were even better than the ideas I had earlier. Tidied up after they were done. Very professional.

Jordan and his apprentice Charlie were at our property for 5 days. They were professional, friendly and left the house in a safe and tidy state every day. Excellent service and I’m so pleased we got JLO to do the works. We’re now looking to get them back to rewire the shed. 10/10 highly recommended :)
Jordan was prompt, pleasant and performed the work expertly leaving no mess. The price was good and would definitely recommend and use again.

Urgent- replace lightswitches in living room Joe came to sort out my electrical issue very quickly and was professional and friendly. Will definitely use One Cap Electrical in the future.
Supply and fit an extractor. Work completed and everything left clean and tidy in less than an hour. Joe was the only person to visit, explain the options and discuss what WE wanted. A very professional service provided. When we need further electrical work, we know where we will be going first.
