I’ve used Lorich a couple of times now, firstly was to have the downlighters installed in our conservatory after having the roof changed to a solid type; Ricci attended and did the first and second fix making it all look far too easy! Recently I’ve used Lorich to get my bathroom extractor fan replaced. Micky attended and got everything replaced in the blink of an eye. One of my biggest dealbreakers is finding trades that can be absolutely trusted to do the job and without being charged a kings ransome as well as being clean and tidy. Highly recommended, trusted and looking to get some more work done soon.

Over the last few years we have engaged with Lorich for a number of different electrical jobs - the biggest being a rewire of the downstairs of our house for a new kitchen installation! Every job has been completed to a high standard, on-time and within budget. No request has ever been an issue and has been tackled with a can do attitude! I would recommend them to anyone!

Lorich Developments undertook all the electrical installation work on my new extension. I was so impressed with their design, installation and efficiency I engaged them to update my entire electric circuitry and lighting.
