I recently had a new fire alarm installed and emergency lights serviced at my Barbour shop, including replacements for some failed lights. Sebastian from sales was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process. The engineers were highly professional and knew exactly what they were doing, completing the job to a high standard. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

FireCare recently did a fire risk assessment and fire extinguisher check where I work. They were thorough with their checks and the person who visited was friendly and helpful when we had questions.

FireCare have provided fire safety services to the last 2 places that I have worked and they are great. They make sure our fire risk assessment is always up to date and take care of all of our fire equipment servicing, without trying to upsell things we don't need. We have always found their engineers to be very friendly and professional when they are on site and the office staff are always very helpful.

Charlie is very professional and passionate about the way he delivers the course. He also manages to make a very important subject, fun.. I particularly like the hands on use of the fire extinguishers. Thank you

Absolute crooks, quote cheap and pester for your business, then when they get on site try to rip you off for extras, try to charge huge fees for not paying. Absolute crooks don't go anywhere near them.
