I had some work done in the living room and kitchen. I needed some extra wall sockets. One in particular turned out to be very difficult. Dan came down and had a discussion with Cole who between them came up with a solution that resolved the problem without using trunking or leaving loose wiring every where. Talking about Cole, I thought he did a excellent job from start to finish, he knew what he what doing without any supervision, was polite and did not leave a mess (as a lot of other companies do). He carried out the work effectively and without fuss. Pleasant young man. I will definitely recommend you to people in the future Thanks Edward Lane

Great service, replaced a consumer unit for me and earthed my gas box. All done in less than 3 hours. Really tidy, no mess, no fuss just excellent service. Highly recommend this business.

Not managed to fix it initially but came back next day with another idea and did the job. Couldn't do enough to help. Lovely team and fair pricing. Thank you kindly.

I had a problem with the electricals of my central heating system. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and Dan was prompt arriving at my house. He seemed very knowledgeable and was soon getting the system up and running. He was very professional and very easy to chat to while he worked. I have no problem recommending him to any of my friends, which I subsequently did.

reliable, friendly, competent

A change of broadband supplier required WiFi reset on my zappi charger. Instructions received from myenergi didn't work. EEC came to rescue and performed factory reset and reconnected zappi to network. As they were busy it took a few days to get here so I had to conserve charge in car for a few days. All good now and thank you. Roger

Very professional job really quick and a great professional job 👍

Dan and the team fitted an EV charger - a Hypervolt. Arrived early, gave advice on location/positioning, got on with the job, cleaned up after themselves. Great service.

Quick service. Said they would be out at 9am and arrived 5 minutes before. Polite and got the job done changed the socket and tested it, put my mind at ease

Dan recently installed an EV charger on our garage, which is detached from the house. The garage power supply also needed boosting as it couldn't handle the charger. Both jobs were done very professionally with no mess left. During the installation and the initial site visit, Dan explained everything clearly, knowing he was dealing with someone with limited electrical knowledge! Very pleased with our new charger and would thoroughly recommend Edwards Electrical.

After being let down by another company who failed to install after 4 weels of waiting, I phoned Edwards. They sent a survey within 10 minutes to capture my requirements for the EV charger upgrade. Were almost apologetic that I might have to wait a week! After the debacle of the last company they were a God send. Cheers guys!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Dan and his team installed our Zappi EV charger and was extremely helpful in explaining the system. What really stood out was his attention to detail; he spotted some safety issues with our solar system and offered to liaise with our original installer to get them fixed. Really appreciated the honest advice and the proactive communication. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a professional (and friendly!) service and will not hesitate to use again. 10/10.

Dan and his team have just completed installation of a ev charger for me and I am extremely happy with their work. From start to finish I was kept informed of their progress, their were polite and courteous. I will definitely used them again if any electrical works is required. Highly recommended.

Called for help with my hot water Friday teatime, I found Edwards Electrical, gave them a call no answer, I was just going to try someone else and Dan called me back from EE. I expect pained what the problem was and he said he could come the next morning which was a Saturday at 8 and have a look at it. When Dan arrived he had a look at the water tank and the solar panel box, he worked out what was wrong and 45mins later all done and I now have hot water again, Dan was very polite and professional and I will be recommending him to all that want electrical and plumbing work done.

Absolutely superb, first time of using Dan and his team and certainly not the last. Incredibly efficient, gave us options for the most inexpensive ways to complete the job. Sending him another job shortly. Highly recommended by us as landlords.

From start to finish communication with Dan was brilliant. He arrived for the quote visit well presented and knowledgeable. We required 32amp isolator switch and cabling from main electric box for hot tub install and double external socket to be fitted. Quote was fairly priced in comparison to other companies however I chose them above others because of the great professional approach. Supper efficient communication and very responsive to queries when discussing work and quote. Work was completed to a great standard and tidy. All mess was cleared and a great job all round. Will definitely be using again in the future for some garden lighting install and other electrical needs.
