Alex has been great completing a wide variety of electrical works around our house over the last year, from complete rewiring in parts and changing over the fuse box, to more minor jobs such as changing lights. Always helpful, professional and tidy! Our first choice for any electric job!

Highly recommend Alex!! We were having problems with our power with appliances not operating in full power and lots of random things happening with lights etc, we were also going on holiday the same night. We called Alex, he came the same day and promptly diagnosed our fault (which turned out to be a uk power issue) he reported it for us and all was sorted in time to head to the airport! Great guy to deal with and cant recommend him highly enough.

Alex did a fantastic job on our renovation. He wired our new extension, including all new appliances, and replaced all the socket covers and switches around the house. His work is incredibly neat and precise, and we really appreciated the care he took to get everything lined up perfectly. His suggestions for where to place things in the kitchen were spot on. We’ll definitely be using him again in the future.

I was looking for a good electrican to fit a new timer for my boiler and saw Alex’s advert in the Great Horkesley Village News. I immediately liked his telephone manner. Alex arrived at the agreed time, completed the installation, which required channelling out of the wall, set the timer as requested and cleaned up perfectly. I was very impressed with his courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Alex again and will be recommending him to my neighbours and friends.

Alex completed a tricky fuse box replacement and put in some new sockets for us! It’s an older property so nothing was straight forward but he did an amazing job! Will definitely use Alex for all future work!

5 stars doesn’t do Alex enough justice. I had problems with my RCD board and he helped triage the problem over the phone. The work he has done was amazing in the house and even helped troubleshoot problems from previous owner. Thank you.

Alex recently carried out some work for me on a summerhouse. He helped guide me on what lights would suit the building inside and out, talked me through dimmer options and timers ect. The end result was fantastic. He also fitted a new fuse board and electric car charging point for us. Alex is a trustworthy and reliable. I felt comfortable with him in our home.

I used AMC Electrical for my kitchen refurbishment as they had been highly recommended by a friend of mine. They were nothing short of superb. We had taken the back off the house to extend the kitchen substantially as well as putting in a utility room. Alex liaised constantly with my builder as there was a lot of work. Amazing customer service! I lost all heating following an electrical fault with my boiler, I called multiple companies for help an no one was getting back to me despite explaining I had a new baby in a cold house. Alex had finished for the day but when I explained my problem he attended that evening and fixed the electrical issue within the hour! The boiler has beer running perfectly since, what a legend.

I called AMC electrical for a price to wire in a heater, light, switch & an outdoor socket to a pergola. Alex was prompt in coming round to quote, he carried out the works perfectly and even tidied up some existing cabling that ran through the garage. He went above and beyond for me which left a great impression.

Did a great job fitting some new power sockets in my kitchen. The job required cutting into the wall to run power lines and he did it without causing any damage to the rest of the kitchen. I can confidently recommend Alex.
