Install Solar Panels Limited

Excellent service. I wanted use a local company and they have been brilliant – professional team, very helpful and great communication throughout. Very happy with the solar panel install – would definitely recommend them - 5 STARS

Inquired with install solar for panels and battery, had many conversations with Sandra about what panels to use and battery options. Ended up using neostar 3s 495 watts, 28 panels 3 sigenergy 10.0 batteries, 12 kw inverter and a gateway. The installers came for site visit to check out installation. They started on a Wednesday putting up scaffolding, installed all panels in two days, 8 on my pergola, 10 on rear of house and 10 on front, covering full movement of the sun throughout the day. System generates 7 times more than I use. Waiting to connect to octopus intelligence flux. The guys were very professional and left everything tidy. I would definitely recommend install solar and if you decide to get some, tell them you read my review.

My experience with install solar, it started a few months ago when I put in a general inquiry. Saying what I was after and adapting my pergola size to fit the amount of panels I wanted. I went backwards and forward with Sandra to the point I thought she would get peed off with me, but give her credit, Sandra put up with my questions about different panels, batteries and gateway. Sandra sent out a team to look at the job and was reassured they could do everything with no problems. The install started with scaffolding going up the day before and the install the day after. 8 panels on my pergola, 10 on back of house and 10 over 3 roofs on front. The guys worked hard even though it was raining, electrician came on second and last day. Nice bloke and his helper was his son. Tested and running well. The 28 neostar 3s 495 watt, 3 sigenergy 10.0 batteries,12 kw inverter and gateway, have performed brilliant, on sunny days I generate at least 7 times more than I can use, on very dull day it trebles what I use. I would highly recommend Istall Solar from Chorley. If you decide to use them say you read my review please. PS my last bill for 2 weeks was £17 and that was just standing charge. Waiting to sign up to octopus intelligence flux feed in tariff.

Install Solar great service all polite and knowledgeable clean and tidy great job thanks

We were recommended to commission Install Solar Panels by a friends who show us the installation they did for him. It was a good recommendation. They were swift, kept the dates that they promised and cleared up after themselves. And now in this glorious sunshine we are exporting to the grid. I'm happy to recommend them.

Fantastic company offering first class service. Neat workmanship with the fitting and quality after service also. Ours was a fiddly installation, but the team kept up communication every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After obtaining several quotations, we chose Install Solar Panels Ltd to install our solar PV and battery storage system, and I can honestly say it was an excellent decision. Our installation comprises 12 AIKO 530W panels, a Sigenergy hybrid inverter and 18kWh of battery storage. From the initial survey through to commissioning, the team were knowledgeable, professional and took real pride in their work. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The installation was neat, well thought out and completed to a very high standard. The electricians clearly cared about doing the job properly rather than simply getting it finished. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Any questions were answered promptly and the documentation provided afterwards was comprehensive, including the MCS certificate, electrical certification, building regulations notification and all the commissioning paperwork. Where Install Solar really stood out was their customer service. We encountered complications with a third-party EV charger installation that were entirely outside Install Solar's control. Rather than simply walking away, they went above and beyond to help resolve the situation, carrying out additional work and ensuring the installation was future-proof for our forthcoming electric vehicle. That level of support is increasingly rare. The whole team have been courteous, reliable and genuinely customer focused from start to finish. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Install Solar Panels Ltd to anyone considering solar panels, battery storage or future EV charging. It has been refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises and clearly takes pride in both its workmanship and its customer service. Thank you to everyone at Install Solar for an outstanding job.

Fantastic work! I am now at the end of a solar / battery installation, and could not be happier. Install Solar Panels has made every step of this super easy, with clear communication and flexibility as we dialed in my demanding parameters. The crew that installed it were super friendly and really cared about making sure this was a good job. The panels they used were very much the winner against all the other local providers, which is what will drive the future profit of the system. Nice one folks!

Your team arrived on time and were very helpful. Installation proceeded without any issues and they installed the control app on myphone and talked me through it Great job people, very satisfied so far.

Very quick and professionally installed with no fuss.

Couldn’t be happier. Alex was brilliant talking me through everything and was always available for my questions. The install team were brilliant, Vinny specially was very helpful. I was generating my own electricity by the evening of the install day and the scaffolding was down before 11am the next day. Was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend Install Solar Panels

Excellent service. The installers were very polite and efficient, especially working on the roof on the hottest days of the year. They were keen to impart information and explain the app etc.

We have a good experience with this company Install Solar Panels. They have installed within two days. We are very happy with the services. From the planning to install they were professional.

Very pleased with the service provided by Install Solar. A 20 Aiko 490 w Panel and Tesla Powerwall 3 battery installation at a competitive price. We were kept up to date with each step of the process. No large deposit required up front unlike many larger national providers. We were given several dates for installation within 6 weeks of agreeing the quotation. We asked for a last-minute change to the specification 3 days before installation, this was dealt with without any fuss or problems. Technicians on site were courteous and did a good job. All post installation paperwork, DNO offer letter, MCS certificate, warranties etc provided within 7 days of payment.

My experience with this company, from start to finish., has far exceeded my expectations. From the online quote to full installation took less than 3 weeks. The communications with Sandra were second to none, and when Shaun and Ali turned up for a site survey, they adviced me on what could be done and the time scale. The scaffolding was put up a couple days before, as advised, and then the solar team and battery guys turned up on the day they said they would. The fitting team did an extremely good, neat and tidy job, which I'm extremely happy with. I only paid money once the job was completed and up and running, and within 8 working days I received all the correct paperwork. Don't mistake this company with another with a similar name from Scotland that ripped people off with deposits. My system is now fully working and generating loads of free electricity and allowing me to feed back into the grid....(Octopus chop chop and move my tariff). Thanks to all at Install solar. It was a pleasure doing business with you. System : 15 x 490w panels, 2 x 5.2kw batteries and 6kw inverter.

Install Solar recently did just that at our house, and at a very competitive price - 16 panels along with an inverter and batteries, and an EV wall charger. The process throughout was smooth and well-organised, and we received sound advice from the outset. Everyone of their team who was involved with our project was consistently helpful and responsive, including with their post-installation support and guidance. Finally having decided to take the plunge, we're now getting used to it, and we're glad to be employing eco-friendly technology. We would fully recommend Install Solar to anyone thinking along the same lines.

Quick friendly service without pressure selling. Special mention to Vinnie, the electrician, and the very neat job he did, as well as taking us through it all at the end.

This installation went very well indeed. Scaffolding was erected and removed in good time. Dave , the chief & Vinny, the electrician showed excellent knowledge and offered good advice. The team were cheerful and managed to completed everything in good time. Much appreciated.

Great service the installation was done promptly despite adverse weather . Very happy customer thanks to all the team

What a great experience! Despite all my worries and reservations about having solar panels fitted, this team did an absolutely superb job. From the very start, they have been friendly, informative, helpful and efficient; and despite receiving other quotes, this company offered the most efficient equipment AND the best price.

This was a small job - required repositioning of an existing solar inverter board into a new location for better loft access. The team have been great from start to finish (cracked on with the job on a bank holiday weekend btw!) - no fuss at all, and didn't take as long as expected. The quote I felt was also reasonable. I will be in touch again in the future that's for sure. Thanks guys!

Great service from initial enquiry to installation . I would highly recommend install solar.

Superb solar and battery installation - done exactly as they proposed, very happy.

We decided to go with Spectra largely because of the depth of knowledge and fair-minded advice on offer even before we committed. The guys come across as honest and reliable, which they proved to be during the installation process. We're also very happy with the support we have had since, with a very patient talk through helping us get the monitoring app up and running again after we switched internet router and network extender. Great people, I can't think of anything they could have done better.

FIRST CLASS TEAM....for reroof and solar panels I initially got in touch with Ali for a quote for removing and reinstalling existing solar panels as it was time for a re-roof. The thought of juggling two lots of workmen to coincide was daunting, so when Ali happened to mention they did reroofing too I was interested. He soon provided me with 2 quotes, done via satellite... One for the solar panel work only and the other that included the full reroof. On checking reviews, I noticed that they were only for solar installations. I mentioned this to Ali, who then soon provided photos of previous work, in varying degrees of completion. This I found very reassuring, and after some consideration, I accepted the quote. Dave, the installation manager, soon called round for an inspection. I asked if they also did soffits, fascias and guttering, which then entailed an adjusted quote, which I was happy with and felt the complete work was VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED. No deposit was required and I was told, payment on a satisfactory completion. Sandra, in the office was prompt with setting a February date and Dave kept in touch with delivery dates for the scaffolding and skip, even late on a Saturday afternoon. The weather was generally kind during the work and the guys worked like Trojans, particularly on the one day of heavy showers. Their work was EXEMPLARY with their timing, their work ethic and tidying up as they went along. I would NOT HESITATE to RECOMMEND this company for your roof or solar needs.

Mr roof has a mix of pitch and flat sections. I spoke to several of the "big" solar panel companies who either refused to quote for the flat parts or did not quote at all. I found "Install Solar panels" online who was local to me and they provided flat roof solutions. They send me a detailed Quote same day. provided me with a really cost effective solution utilising all the roof space. They installed 19 panels and battery and provided me with a detailed breakdown for the return on investment. They responded very quickly to further questions I had via WhatsApp and emails. Installation was quick and the set up was fully explained on the day. They provided a very professional service at a great price.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The Powerwall 3 installation was smooth, tidy and stress-free. Dave & Shaun and was fantastic, super professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice to deal with (and yes, the coffee didn’t go to waste ☕😄). Everything was explained clearly and the quality of work was top-notch. I’m genuinely mega happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Exceptional Service from Install Solar Panels I recently had the pleasure of using Install Solar Panels, and I can't recommend them highly enough! The team, including Sandra, David, and Jamie, delivered an outstanding service experience. They were not only prompt but also tidy and incredibly polite throughout the process. It's refreshing to encounter such professionalism and attention to detail. I'll definitely be using Install Solar Panels again, especially for their maintenance and cleaning services. If you're considering solar solutions, look no further—they are the team you can trust!

Superb and professional installation done by Dave and his team. They've done an cracking job of making the whole system look professional. It's so nice to see people take pride in the quality of their work! I've seen a lot of installs of powerwalls online and I think this is the best looking one I've ever seen. The trunking on all of the cabling looks epic! The panels are absolutely centred and pristine. No complaints from me, only compliments! Well, apart from the rain and clouds as soon as the system was commissioned but that's not their fault 😂 Thanks Sandra, Claire, Ali in office

Dave was great, supplied and fitted an EV charger for me. Customer service was top notch

Everything went to plan, Very very happy with the job, Will be doing Business again , many thanks

Used as a recommendation and glade I did! From inquiring to finish the process took only 10 days, as far as I cloud see nobody came close on price or service, the only issue we had was that the internet was playing up and it took some while to creat and account on Their app, after that, it was all good and everything worked brilliant. Would highly recommend. Thanks Shaun,Sandra,Dave and all the team

From my first meeting with Shaun to the final installation, everything was professionally done, on time, no surprises! I had solar panels and a battery installed. Special thanks to the solar installation team and Dave the installation Manger. They were punctual, polite. They did a great job, and answered all my questions. It's now about 4 weeks since the system was commissioned and all is working well. All my emails to the office throughout the process were quickly replied to, thanks Sandra/Claire. A quality organization, thank you all!

I contacted Install Solar Panels Ltd through their website and received a quote within a few hours very impressive! The quote was clear, detailed, and well-presented. I spoke with Sandra, who was very helpful and quickly arranged a survey. Shaun and Dave were both very knowledgeable, they planned the cable runs and decided on the best locations for the inverter and batteries. Two weeks later, the scaffolding was up, and Dave and his team arrived at 8 am. Everything was installed and running perfectly by 3 pm. They left the site clean and tidy. I’m really happy with the service and am already considering adding another battery. Thanks to the whole team!

This is a good company to deal with. From the first enquiry until the final test after completion everything went without any problems. The online quotation was packed with information and researched projections of what could be expected. The onsite survey was a chance to ask questions and agree on equipment locations. The installation was carried out by a team of very skilled tradesmen leaving the site perfectly tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company

Highly recommended. Install Solar Panels were excellent from initial contact through to completed installation and follow-up support (duration of which was only a few weeks). We had 10 solar panels installed (flush mounted) on our detached garage and a battery wall-mounted within the garage. Our main contacts were Shaun and Dave who were both very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble. They took no deposit and made sure we were happy with the installation before invoicing. They are currently monitoring the system remotely to ensure it is working correctly and will be advising on the best tariff our energy supplier offers to make sure we have most economic solution.

We had our system installed this week. The engineers came to time, were very polite and business like. They answered my questions and explained the system and the app. They were very tidy and cleared away all their rubbish. So far so good our panels are happily generating today

Very satisfied with the quality of the installation and the workmanship. All the staff were very helpful and kept me informed of what was happening. Even after the installation I received calls to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction and if there was anything else they could help me with. I have to say I cannot fault anything.

Installed panels on my roof and connected to existing inverter, good price work completed to expected standard. Highly recommended.

The online enquiry was simple and I received a same day bespoke quotation based on the satellite images of the roof. Shortly after, an on site survey was arranged to add on an EV Charger in addition to the solar panels and battery storage. After accepting the proposal, installation started within two weeks and was completed efficiently. All hardware and apps were then commissioned and tested. It is clear they want to provide the best solution for the customer based on their experience. I would definitely recommend for solar panel installation and found the communication with the team very friendly and responsive.

The installation went exactly as planned, a really great experience from start to finish. Great service, very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble, answered all our questions and helpful throughout and really pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend.

Install Solar Panels were excellent throughout the whole process of replacing our inverter and adding battery storage. Our initial enquiry was answered quickly and, when Shaun and David visited, it was clear that they had a full knowledge and understanding of the technical and administrative requirements. Once a quote had been given there was no pressure to accept. The new inverter and battery were installed within two weeks of ordering with very little disruption during installation and have worked very effectively since. Subsequent questions have always been answered promptly.

The team relocated the inverter. A clean and nice job. Very satisfied with work done, thanks.

Good value, good set of lads installing.

A truly smooth process from initial enquiry to final installation. We had a positive and informative home visit from Shaun, amazing communication and support from Sandra, who replied to all of our questions via email promptly and gave us confidence in the company. The team of installers were timely, proffessional and friendly.

We had install solar panels so are 100 panel install on our office Shaun and Ali were great from start to finish from scaffolding Going up to final install everything went very smooth 5 start service

Would like to say a massive thank you to this company that has done a fantastic job from start to finish would highly recommend them glad I picked this company thank you very much.

Thanks to Ali, Shaun, Dave, Sandra and all the team at Install Solar Panels. We had the in- roof system fitted which was fitted and connected up, scaffolding and skip taken away all within a week. They took time to explain everything and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Great job would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using Install Solar Panels.

Attention to detail and responsiveness unequalled.

From the very first phone call, I felt genuinely cared for by the outstanding service provided. Each team member not only demonstrated their expertise but also treated me with respect, offering valuable information and thoughtful suggestions without any pressure. After considering their recommendation, I decided to go with a second battery, and I couldn't be happier with that choice, my system is running perfectly, and I truly appreciate the follow-up calls to check in and address any questions I may have. This company truly embodies first-class service. The support team—Sandra, Claire, and Paul—has been remarkable. I am extremely satisfied and excited to start saving and plan to install an EV charger with them as soon as my electric car arrives! 😊

highly recommend, great company, 10/10!

Fantastic company , great communication, excellent service start to finish, 10/10 job. informed along the installation. Very informative and friendly with questions, would definitely recommend this company.

I asked this company to install my solar panels. Very professional from start to finish. A pleasure to use. Once installation was complete all details of use provided. Called back a few days after to ask a question, they couldn't be of any more assistance. Highly recommend 👌

I approached Install Solar Panels to get my solar panel system supplied and installed. Their solar design team sent me a very comprehensive quotation which I accepted. Great experience, no hard sell, no up sell, so friendly and informative. Particular thanks goes to Shaun and Sandra, who both guided me through he whole process!

The team at Install Solar installed a solar panel system with batteries at the cricket club in September of this year. I could not recommend them highly enough. They supplied and fit a high spec system for a great price. The system is very user friendly and the app provided is great to see the energy being created and how it is distributed. The installation was easy and super quick, under 2 days. John Hyde Euxton Cricket Club

Great kit! Great price! Shaun and team worked tiressly to supply a great product.

Buying solar panels isn't something you do regularly and not many people have them so doing your due diligence is important. Having reviewed options in the North West it came down to Install Solar Panels and one other and we went with Install Solar as they were very responsive, keen to secure the work and the reviews I found were good. Once instructed they delivered exactly what they said they would through the process of lead times, organising installation work on agreed dates and co-ordinating with other trades as we had an in built solar panel system into a new roof. The quality of the final installation is excellent, the various tradesman who attended to install including the roofer (Russ) and electrician (Gary) were very professional and kept me informed at all times about progress and any issues identified. Shaun, Sandra and Ali from the office were easy to deal with and responded to my many questions as a solar newbie and I received my MCS certificate promptly after completion of the project. They only invoiced for the work when the job was fully complete and certified. Would highly recommend using Install Solar Panels.

After considering using Eon during covid, I once again got the itch to have solar panels installed on my house in south Manchester. Install Solar Panels were fantastic, the communication was very good (though my email decided they were spam so I had to keep an eye on the spam folder). The initial survey was professional, quick and answered my questions fully and was made aware of the offers they had at the time. Scaffolding was up quickly and no fuss The installers and electrician were very professional and kept me informed on any issues that arrived, such as they could not install 2 panels due to initial measurements via satellite image were slightly off. I went down from planned 11 to 9 panels, which is still more than enough for my needs, needless to say the price was deducted of the total. After care was very good from the sales team and even were extremely prompt to my additional request to install anti-bird mesh to stop nesting pigeons. To save costs they delayed the scaffolding removal for this work. I would advise this strongly if you don't want pigeons and crows nesting, which can damage your gutters and panels. I am very happy and would recommend Install Solar Panels for a professional and stress free solar install.

This is my 2nd review of Install Solar Panels. I think everyone likes a company that does a great job, quickly and tidily takes the payment and there is no need to contact them again. However I judge a company by the above and also if there is a need to contact them again and how they react. Unfortunately, I did need to contact Install Solar Panels after my initial install due to an issue with the inverter. Their response was immediate, they called the following day, assessed the situation, removed the Inverter and got a replacement as soon as they were able. This is how a company should behave, even if sometimes it means they have to take a cost 'in the chin', I would have no objections to recommending them to anybody. A great team that do the job. Well done. A special thanks to Shaun and Sandra.

Excellent company to deal with. i had an idea of what i wanted and they happily quoted me on that. After they looked in detail at my request they suggested a better way to do it that was actually cheaper!! Fantastic service start to finish

Had Shaun, Sandra and thier team supply and intall 4 solar panels onto my garage roof. Also supplied a Solis 3.6kW inverter. Due to unforseen delays, the panels arrived and we're fitted on a Sunday morning. Ali and Matthew did a swift and neat job. Will use again when I decide to have a few more panels fitted to the roof.

Am pleased to provide a good review for this company, obtained a good price for a 14 Panel, 6KW system !! plus a 5 KW battery. Installation occurred two weeks later, arrived on time on the day scheduled, two guys did the roof fixings rails and panels, electrical installation and connection completed quickly by two electricians , all polite, friendly and helpful. Works completed early afternoon up and running , all working well. This company and the system has exceeded my expectations, Thanks guys

Very professional guys. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. Highly recommended

Good service

Had the solar panels installed for about 6 months. No issues so far, great service, great savings, great price point. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Everything was explained to me prior to the install, costs where very clear… an install date agreed about two weeks ahead.
