We have just bought a new house needed a complete rewire. When Gary came to priceup the job he told us the earth was out of date and couldn't start the work until it was done. I couldn't recommend the team high enough trustworthy hard working and just a very friendly if you want work done these are the guys to ask.

Excellent work. I had 5 new heaters installed. The old storage heaters were removed and taken away with all rubbish disposed of. At the end of the job they even hoovered the rooms. This was a really good and efficient piece of work and I would thoroughly recommend Hunter Electrical.

First class service, i contacted gary on a sat, he came round and quoted the same day, the following week his lads were at our unit installing ev chargers, forklift chargers and emergency lighting, very easy process for our business, highly recommended

Great company! Very professional! The work done is beautiful. Great communication. Emails are answered within the day if not earlier. Very much appreciated the detailed work. The workers knew what they were doing and it looks neat and clean. 10/10 recommend.

EDIT, reply to owner's reply: So now when others are looking you suddenly can respond professionally and without yelling at me with "!!!". I wish you were the same on WhatsApp as you paint yourselves here. BTW you came to me on Tuesday, not Wednesday and today is your 7 days :) That doesn't matter anyway - as I said on WhatsApp the only problem I had here was ZERO communication, not even the simplest sorry for delay when YOU promised quote on Friday and YOU promised quote on Monday. You said specifically it would be Fri and then Mon - NOT that you would "aim to do that". You don't keep your promises, there's no contact from you when I'm waiting with the job to be done and when I ask for quote you start yelling at me and then you call ME rude. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. You keep trying to cover your lack of professionalism by picturing yourselves as world saviours after the floods happened, you should be screenwriters, not tradesmen. Exactly, look at my reviews that I leave. Plenty of 5 stars when they're very well deserved. Also some well deserved 1 stars, exactly like yours here and each one is explained thoroughly, not left without a comment so don't make a joke out of yourself by trying to accuse me of being a hater. I always appreciate professionalism and you are light years away from that. I'd happily post screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation to show people the way you were replying to me but unfortunately Google would remove them so I guess you're lucky. Original review: Came to see what I need to be done and never sent a quote, made me chase them a few times and after that they started to be rude and shout at me (tons of !!!) in the messages that they're busy and will come back to me in future. They clearly need to be begged to do the job for which you pay them, luckily I found 2 other guys who actually do want the job and quoted me right away so not coming back to Hunter ever again.
