J W Warren Electrical & Fire Ltd

Very good service, arrived within 90 minutes of the call out fee being paid (online), diagnosed the issue and managed to resolve within an hour. Jack was professional and friendly and gave me confidence in his ability to fix my problem. Cost was very reasonable for a 90 minute call out charge. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend Warren’s Electrical highly enough. I have used them for many years, firstly in my previous home and now again in my present house, and I have always been extremely happy with their work. Jaylyn recently carried out all the electrical work for me and did an absolutely superb job. He was friendly, polite, helpful and professional throughout, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. He was also incredibly easy to have around the house, which makes such a difference when someone is working in your home for several days. The quality of his work was excellent, everything was completed with great care and attention to detail, and I felt completely confident in what he was doing. John and his team have always provided a first-class service, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Warren’s Electrical to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy and highly professional electrician. Five stars from me — thoroughly deserved.

Great experience from the first phone call to completing the Test & Inspection. Easy to book and engineer turned up smart & on time. Definitely recommend JW Warren Electrical 7 Fire

Prompt, polite, no fuss and no mess - highly recommend

Working in charity retail where budgets are really tight J W Warren Electrical & Fire Ltd provide a fabulous service to multiple sites - I cannot thank them enough for all their assistance over the years. Sean Kerr - Property and Maintenance Manager - Dogs Trust.

Astonishing service. Elderly relative's power went off on a Saturday evening, in a village 20 mins outside Bury, and I couldn't solve the problem myself. Called J W Warren and an engineer arrived within 30mins and fixed it. Top stuff!

thanks to John and the team for helping us get our new home up and running. friendly reliable service

Just had this company to fit an outside fuse spur, from start to finish it was an excellent service. They arrived early for the appointment it was completed quickly and cleanly at a very competitive price. Would thoroughly recommend these guys and would definitely use them again.

Very pleased with the work carried out on our kitchen refurb. Joe was friendly, patient and knowledgeable and tidied up each day, extra kudos for powering through on the hottest day of the year so far. Jordan was also very responsive and professional organising it all. Would (and will) happily use again.

Andrew was brilliant. His work was so neat, he was friendly and efficient. A credit to J W Warren. We had one or two minor issues with the online ordering system but that doesn't detract from great service at a fair price

Excellent service reasonable price

JW Warren were very professional in all their dealings with us and our installer, Jason, was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Great job!

Professional, friendly and approachable team who carry out work to a very high standard. Completely fair and transparent. Would not hesitate to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable quality service!

Turned up quickly fixed the problem and were helpful and friendly. What more could we ask for. They are go to people for all things electric.

Great service from this company Would highly recommend, very professional team of workers , Jason was on our job . Very professional and great to work with

Very Polite engineer, went out to get new replacement part as it was needed instead of original thoughts. Straight back and completed the work. No Mess GReat will use them if needed again.

I've just had a zappi charger installed. I've given this 5 stars due to the patience and politeness of the installer to get the charger installed and set up.the instruction that came with it was useless so he needed to call the myenergy help desk to get it set up. I can not thank the electrician enough. Customer service down well.. thanks.

Thank you J Warren Electric for such a speedy service didn’t expect same day let alone same morning. Job done thanks again Terry C

Excellent service from Warren Electrical. Our electrics had several issues and they worked tirelessly to resolve them and were efficient and courteous at all times so we now have our Certificate of Compliance. They were a pleasure to have in our home.

Very professional, well organised.

From initial contact to final completion, the service received was first class. Our requirements were understood and suitably executed. Electricians were polite, knowledgeable and worked efficiently leaving no mess. We would highly recommend this company!

Thanks the EV charger was professionally installed and the guys tidied up after, so very pleased with the work from the JW Warren team

The work carried out the church was very good and very professional and everything was explained well

Another excellent job by reliable and professional tradespeople. Arrived on time, carried out the work and left the place spotless. Thoroughly recommend.

Service was provided promptly and professionally by Cameron. He gave us clear information on our new device. Great customer service.

Hi, I’m very pleased with the work carried out today by Graham. He fitted a cooker hood and did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and professional throughout — I would definitely recommend him!

Excellent friendly service - Jordan initially came round to provide an estimate to install an EV charger and light fittings throughout the house. He accommodated a very short turn around to install the EV charger. Cameron was the electrician that came on the 2 occasions - very considerate and approachable - All fitted with minimal interruption to us (as we were both working from home) and hoovered too. Would highly recommend.

Greg did the work Wednesday and I honestly can’t praise him enough, he did the job and cleaned up even though I said I’ll do that he was insisting bless him. I will use them again and thank you to jq Warren for sending Greg , just an outstanding man .

Excellent company. Work done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. My do-to choice when I need any electrical work done.

Very happy with all work carried out. Very helpful. Talked through options. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve just had our annual PAT testing done and the service was spot on from start to finish. Professional, efficient and really easy to deal with. They worked around our opening hours at Midgar Coffee which makes a huge difference when you’re running a busy independent business. Everything was clearly explained and handled with care. Reliable, fairly priced and genuinely nice people to have in the shop. We’ll definitely be using them again next year. Highly recommend

Andy was really good very polite and super hard working highly recommend

Fitted a car charger very friendly and good service

Very reliable and trustworthy. Thought some problems occurred during the work, the staff sill tried very hard to solve the problems and completed the job. Thank you.

One of the best companies that I have ever had dealings with. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone who works there goes out of their way to help. We had a lot of extra plug sockets installed, in the lounge, bedroom and office. A price (very reasonable) was agreed, and a date to do the work was agreed. The electrician, Andrew, was here on the appointed time and day, and over the course of a day and a half installed exactly what was required. The work areas were properly cleaned afterwards, and the whole house left neat and tidy. The amount of remedial work needed is minimal, because the standard of the work is exceptional. This is the third time we have called upon JW Warren’s services and we have never been disappointed. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used JW Warren for several years for any electrical work at my home, from fitting lights and fixing sockets to completing an EICR certificate. On every occasion, they have been on time, tidy and completed the work perfectly. Yesterday, he replaced a complicated light fitting and fitted 4 spot lights, all went smoothly and he was very polite, happy and professional. Thank you.

EV charger fitted.. no fuss.. Thanks

Prompt, thorough service. Lovely, helpful, tidy workers , who were very knowledgeable and reassuring. I am very grateful.

Great company and responded very quickly. Very happy

Very clean and efficient.

I had a great experience with this company. They replaced our bathroom extractor fan and were excellent from start to finish. They responded to my email promptly, arranged a visit within just a few days, and arrived on time. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and they were happy to take on a small job that many other companies wouldn’t bother with. They also recommended a fan that has worked out perfectly for us - we’re really pleased with it. Overall, professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Have had work done by J W Warren on a number occasions and have always been very happy with their standard of workmanship and help and advice throughout.

Very efficient and easy to deal with.

Professional service as always.

Have had a really good experience with using J W Warren Electrical. Having recently moved into the area, they have been amazing with sorting out snagging issues in my new property. They are courteous and respectful and have always gone above and beyond what I expected. They explain the problem well and what they can do to help. The pricing is good and v competetive. I wont be using any other electricians - they are brilliant. Thank you Jamie, Jordan, Jayden, John and Jordan!.

Great work, excellent timing, big rejoice in John and his team, many thanks.

Excellent service. Jamie worked really hard on many different jobs over two days for us. He made some excellent and practical recommendations. We were expecting messy chaos for the jobs that needed doing, but that was not the case. He was respectful, tidy and helpful. We will definitely be asking the company to do more work for us and are happy to highly recommend them.

Fabulous services, quick turnaround and managed to diagnose the core issue with my EV Charger. Even had the patience to explain in terms that even I could understand! :)

Many thanks to John and Jack for the great job they did installing my new EV Charger and replacing the main Consumer Unit. 5 Stars Would highly recommend ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Jack was brilliant, he did a fantastic job and was very professional. Would highly recommend JW Warren Electrical.

Dates for entry, were Communicated to my management agents, for one of my rental properties and to look at a problem with an electrical wall heater. This was reported to me, as not to be working by the tenant. A quote was sent to me via my agents from the company, J W WARREN, No other explanation was given as to why I had been quoted for a brand NEW heater? Nothing suggested on the quote, or in the emails a] that no visit had been made Or that b] this was a worse case scenario. So I was incorrectly led to believe the flat had been visited, and the heater was faulty! My agents then asked if I wanted to go ahead? Again no suggestions that this was only if the heater could not be fixed! The heaters were only 5 years old, so I had an electrical inspector out to look at the heater, who just exclaimed the heater needed switching ON! And now is working perfectly! Communication was poor on BOTH, Warren and my agents, which I have communicated this to them also. So on this basis the review stands

J W Warren installed a home charger for me today. First rate work at a very fair price.

Very poor experience sadly. Failed to diagnose issue with car charger, charged me £220 for the visit, and refused to return unless I paid again. Very poor service and I suggest you find another electrician.

Punctual, polite, efficient service. Would thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service in every way.

I have used a couple of times now, both times been on time and efficient.

Jack, the electrician, was very conscientious in his work and a polite person to deal with. He insisted on cleaning up when the job was done. (even though we said we would do it) A credit to his company. Good job, well done.

Excellent work carried out by Jack. Thorough and finished to a very high standard

Since first using J Warren after a recommendation from a tradesperson, we have always used them for various jobs and will continue to do so. Gem of a company. Professional, polite and trustworthy. Happily recommend to friends and family.

First class service from Jordan, Calum and Jack, which was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this company, thank you. Kim

We have used JW Warren many times to sort out electrical problems, most recently this week. They are skilled, efficient and very nice to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I emailed J W Warren this morning as my oven had ceased working. Andrew came at 3.30 and had it fixed by 4.30 including getting a new element. He was polite, helpful and did an efficient job. I will be using them again when I need electrical services. Thank you guys so much. One happy customer.

A prompt, efficient and courteous response from J W Warren when our power went down. No hesitation in recommending them.

We called upon J W Warren when we had a problem with our heating system during the cold weather. On learning the lack of heating had an effect on an elderly unwell person they really pulled out all the stops to find and solve the problem, even though this was over the weekend. I speak highly of their skill, speed and efficiency, but also their consideration for the wellbeing of their client. Bill Bowes.

I’ve used JW Warren a number of times, as have my family. They are friendly, reliable, accommodating to timelines, and respectful of property. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

I have always received excellent service, used on a number of occasions and will use again without hesitation

I have used the services several times and have received first class friendly, timely service. I will certainly contact them should I need the services of an electrician.

We were were very happy with the service we received from J W Warren Electrical and are happy to recommend them

Been using John and his team for several years. Always great service and outstanding work.

All electrical work carried out on 3rd July 1019 was done with care and consideration of my needs. Replacement of RCBO/Surge and existing consumer unit for current BS7671 was carried out with proficient workmanship and explanation of the system in a manner to give me confidence in the people installing the work. Since which I have had no problems. All to say that I recommend J W Warren Electrical and Fire Ltd for any future work

Not impressed tbh ..came to mine on first visit..never heard from you again despite trying to call you and leaving voice message..but nope...nothing back

It must have been about five years ago. The company sorted an ongoing problem we‘d had with our heating system based on an air-source heat pump. We no longer live in UK.

Very Good and easy to work with. knows his job and is not pushy when talking over further work. I am using him again.

Great reliable service.

Excellent service. Highly recommended

Always courteous,, good communicators, fair prices, an honest professional company

I have used Warren Electrical on numerous occasions for wiring installations and safety checks. Thoroughly reliable and responsive to requests for assistance.

J W Warren came and replaced sockets in my rented accommodation, very professional and friendly and.punctual. Also used them to replace ceiling fan in bedroom. Highly recommend

JW Warren carried out a full house electrical survey for us which is required under our insurance policy. The survey was done in a professional manner by a very pleasant electrician and the certificates and recommendations arrived promptly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use the company again.

We've been using John and his team for about 10 years, both for domestic and commercial work and simply wouldn't go anywhere else. Fast and cheerful responses, knowledgeable and efficient tradesmen, excellent service and very good prices. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I have used this company on a number of occasions and always found them punctual, courteous and very good at what they do. For me, they have installed extractor fans, installed new storage heaters and put in a new fuse box. All work has been done with the minimum of fuss and mess and at a competitive price. Would highly recommend

Good prompt service. Recommend this firm.

Efficient, friendly and reliable. Very happy with results.

Always a friendly, efficient service. I've been using JW Warren Electrical Services for several years and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I would never willingly do business with this company again. We made an initial appointment with them and they never showed up or called to let us know the technician wasn’t coming. They also didn’t come to their second appointment and never communicated that the technician was “held up”. Now they are late to the third appointment we’ve rescheduled and I have no confidence they will show up. I have wasted hours waiting for a technician to show. Horrible experience. Horrible communication. I have no idea if they are even good at their jobs because they can’t be bothered to show up. Edit: Cameron arrived and was professional, courteous, and was indeed great at his job. My issues were solely about the lack of communication in needing to reschedule our appointments.

Pleased with the electrician and the work undertaken. Both problems sorted - almost effortlessly. It was just a shame I had to wait a month and chase the firm several times to initiate this eventual response. The work is good, the customer care and response needs a bit of attention.

Great service very professional would recommend

First experience with J Warren Electrical was great. The technician, Danny, turned up on time and assessed the job. He planned out the sequence to replace two old bathroom fans and complete the renewal of over and under kitchen cabinet lights. Everything was done without a fuss and he cleaned up and took away the rubbish. Couldn't ask for more !

Very happy with work completed. Professional, left everything tidy. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you guys

I came home from a weekend away to find no lights, heating or hot water. Cameron was at my door soon after 8am and had everything sorted within minutes. He was very reassuring and did a good workround to wait for the plumber to arrive. Thank you so much!

Great team to work with all the jobs are completed to a high standard.

Jordan and everyone I've met from JW WARREN have been brilliant with their service yet again. I have used them on several of my properties and can't fault their knowledge or customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any electrical work you may require.

Great director of company, very warming and easy to talk to. Would recommend dealing with this company

A wonderful, professional service who is quick to respond and extremely attentive. Any electrical needs we have we will contact J W Warren electrical. Thank you.

J W Warren have been excellent to deal with. Easy to contact, quick turnaround on work needed and made everything easy to understand. I would recommend to anyone looking for electrical work.

Excellent service would recommend can’t comment on price as I’ve not had the invoice yet

The work carried out was done professionally and in a very pleasant manner to my complete satisfaction.

JW Warren have done a few small jobs for us now, each time turning up on time and completing the job professionally leaving no mess. Superb jobs done!

This firm had already done a lot of work for us, both at our home and church. We were very satisfied. We then had a small problem which we should have been capable of resolving ourselves. They came immediately and sorted everything out without a call out charge. Much appreciated professionalism as always.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at JW WARREN several times over the last few months, can’t fault them! Refreshing to find people who like their job and want to deliver a great finished product every time!! 5 Stars :)

Have used this company several times. Were easy to contact and able to complete the job efficiently and quickly

Had what turned out to be minor problems but could have been more serious . Electrician turned up on time ,was pleasant and efficient ,would definitely use this company again .

Second time using this company, a lovely job done again.

Excellent professional company. Every time we have called them they are competitive, come on time and perform all tasks cleaning up and with extreme proficiency

Recently fitted our light hanging, good prompt service, professionally done, would use again

Always helpful and reliable.

Installed underground cable and fuse boards to 3 outbuildings in the garden. Excellent quality job, great advice (including saving me money by doing things more simply than I had planned), on time and very friendly. Will definitely use them again.

Driven by quality. Always a superb & professional delivery from the team at JW Warren Electrical & Fire. From domestic to industrial installations, I would highly recommend them. After a complete re-wire & installing my kitchen lighting & appliances, they’ve recently completed a fuse board upgrade, replacement extractor fans in all utility areas, and provided a top level, comprehensive safety check on our home, I’ve never felt safer. A big thank you to John and his amazing team :)

These guys are the best you can get: unfailingly professsional with superb customer focus, we trust them with any works that need doing at our home, our business and three rental properties. Thanks Kian for your latest work, great job as ever, really appreciated the time and trouble you took sending pix of options for new sockets/switches, we are very pleased with everything.

J Warren helped with a certification I needed on my property. The service was performed quickly and when advised it would be done but when I received the bill I was shocked that such a little job was invoiced for this amount! I was told a little remedial work was needed which would take no longer than 30mn... Once again the bill came to over £200... I'd advise anyone wanting to use them to carefully review pricing.

Excellent to deal with. We've used JW Warren both personally and for our business and they are an excellent company to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I found that the exemplary service from JWW was exactly what one would like to receive from every company unfortunately this is not the case. Thank you to 1 and all who were involved in the installation of our EV charger.

Highly recommend the first-class service from John and his team. We had used J W Warren for a smaller job before and was very satisfied with the quote and works carried out. So, when we aimed to purchase a large 4 bed 1960 house in need of electrical renovation, I gave John a call. I initially received an EICR report to understand the state of the electrics before purchasing, this stated many unsatisfactory points …and we still went ahead! We pencilled in some dates that constantly moved due to delays in our purchase. Finally, we moved in to one room and John came out to review the report, our extra requirements, ideas and plans and offer a full quotation including VAT that proved to be the best one for us and our budget. Works included :- Full house wire check, new consumer box, upgrade power from UKPN, lighting new wire upgrade to 70+ downlighters, boiler rewire and repair works to some worrying electrics in the kitchen too. All works were carried out by a very professional, methodical, polite, and friendly team, Jason and Cameron over a 2-week period. The quality of work and finish was excellent. All arrangements were fantastically coordinated by Suzie in the office around dates and times with other building, plumbing, heating, and plastering works all happening at different stages and different times. If we require any future works, we will happily ask John and his team to come back. Thank you team for an excellent job. Maria

John and one of his colleagues recently came to our property to earth the lighting circuits and replace the old fuse box with a state of the art new one. We were extremely impressed with his professional approach and attention to detail. We expected a lot of upheaval having to get the house re-wired but john and his colleague did the job with the minimum disruption and maximum efficiency. He also installed some much needed light fittings as part of the job I would unreservedly recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional and expert service provided by very experienced, committed and courteous staff. We will definitely be using them again !

Fast response to emergency outage Problem was not immediately fixable, but temporary 'fix' gave us heat and hot water. Nicely done. Highly recommend.

I contacted this company on behalf of my 97 year old father whose extractor fan and light had failed in the kitchen. Someone was around within one hour and had fixed the problem. Fortunately it turned out to be only a blown fuse. Naturally I assumed that there would be a call out charge at least for the time, but to my astonishment, I was informed that there would be no charge! I’m not suggesting for a moment that you should contact this company expecting free work to be done, but it certainly gladdens the heart when something like this happens. Many thanks, JW Warren.

Good electrical company. Done a good job and explained everything. Would highly recommend

J W Warren installed power to my garage. Very professional and the quality of work was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. We excellent to deal with and kept me informed of the progress.

I suddenly had no hot water or heating . John was amazing he responded to my call immediately and organized for someone to come out straight away to help me. Not only that he fixed the problem and checked everything was working and knowing that I am a nurse he didn't charge me.I am very grateful for his help in the middle of a pandemic.I highly recommend his service and my experience of his service was the excellent in every way.Thank you I really appreciated all your help in this difficult time.

I was seriously impressed with the service that John provided today. He was able to 'think outside the box' and find the solution to my problem which had defeated others. He thought and acted on his feet and completed the job and corrected the fault in a very timely fashion. His admin is excellent and puts his competitors to shame. Thank you John.

I've been meaning to leave a review as John and his team did a great job for us when we moved into our new house in 2018. They replaced a fuse box and fitted some new lights. The service we received was first class and the work carried out was of a high quality. I will be using John and his team again and always recommend them to friends and family.

We would like to say how very pleased we were by the electrical work carried out by Jamie and Matthew on behalf of the company. We had a complete kitchen refit. They installed a new ring main and other associated work with politeness and efficiency. We would highly recommend the company for any electrical work you may need.

John and his team were brilliant, from initial quote and advice through to the final job. friendly, polite and excellent team

John did a great job for us recently. It was a fairly small job, one outside outlet and replacement of kitchen pot lights with LED units. We would highly recommend him and certainly use him again for any future work.

After doing one job for us at Beckett Financial Services we were so impressed that we decided to ask John Warren to carry out our on-going maintenance for our Fire Alarm System, Emergency Lights, Car Park Lights, PAT Testing and CCTV maintenance. John and his team are all very professional, conscientious, thorough, trust worthy, polite and tidy. I would highly recommend them to individuals and other companies. Thanks John and your team.

Fantastic and professional job and great guys. Would definitely recommend JW Warren Electrical. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable and tidyed up after themselves. Thanks for your hard work :)

We required some rewiring work in our kitchen. The initial estimate provided was confirmed in writing and remained correct. Scheduling was all to our satisfaction and standard of work was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very rapid, cheerful and competent service. I will have no hesitation in using John Warren's company again and happily recommend them.

Excellent - the team have been helpful, professional and good to work with

Very efficient, excellent quality of work. A pleasure to do business with.

Have called in John on several occasions and we are more than happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a good job done by a good honest company.

J W Warren replaced all my downlighters with LED versions quickly and efficiently and at reasonable cost.

Very professional, good communication before, during and after, excellent standard of workmanship, would thoroughly recommend.

We have been using John Warren & his team for over a year now for various jobs with landlords. The team are Friendly, efficient & deliver a first class service. Can't fault their work and would always recommend them.

We have had first class service from John and his team. They have always been friendly efficient and helpful, clean and considerate workers, and charge a fair price for the job. We would not go anywhere else for electrical work, and are happy to recommend them wholeheartedly.

Thank you :)

Very friendly, great service and reliable!

Excellent, Friendly and Professional service. Highly recommended

Prompt service to my elderly mother who had a faulty light switch. Would definitely use again.

J W Warren have completed several electrical jobs for me in recent times, and they have been brilliant. A fantastic, friendly service. A truly professional job every time.

John Warren and his team are first class electricians. I have used them on several properties on a wide range of jobs over the years. They are always competent, reasonable and very pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The service delivered by John Warren's staff was first class. They carried out a range of relatively minor electrical works but went beyond the brief to ensure we were totally satisfied. The staff were polite, friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending JW Warren Electrical & Fire Ltd.

Very professional job, they moved lights for us and put new ones in, put extra sockets in. The electricians were polite and thoughtful and made sure everything was what we needed to comply with regulations including Pat testing, worked fast but were neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend John and the team. They were quick to respond to my issue, professional, reasonably priced and the work was top quality.

John and his team did a great job on my NEST installation! Highly recommended. I shall be recommending these guys to all friends and family.

Excellent service would recommend to anyone

5* level of service, professionalism and expertise! Thank you to John and Nick for a superb, friendly and fast-turn around of work. We required an electrical report for the house we are buying and you have guided us through the necessary requirements and made a stressful time, slightly less so! We shall we be recommending you to all friends and family :-)

Brilliant local electricians. Had a really good experience with this family run business. Very experienced and honest tradesmen. Very impressed with the commitment to training that John shows and the company has invested in the future of not just one but two apprentices which will pay rewards in the years to come

Excellent

John Warren and his crew did an amazing job installing Phillips Hue lighting in our small courtyard garden Bury St Edmunds. The lighting does everything except cooking!!! (Idea for someone out there!) Summer, winter, Christmas, haloween, romantic moods can be operated from your phone:- just amazing. Way above expectations. They were great to have around too, THANKYOU I would like to have given 10 ********** Deana and Richard Alliban

Excellent service, prompt and expert.

From requesting an estimate to completing the job John has been extremely efficient, very polite and was very competitive on price. I had my consumer unit replaced and a report carried out on the electrics in my property as well as other minor changes to sockets. I was amazed how quickly John sent all the paperwork through (building regulations compliance certificate etc) and he followed up with a phone call to check if I had any questions. He really is a high calibre skilled electrician and offers very honest advice. I also found John very punctual and my home was respected and left tidy. I will only use J W Electrical now and will recommend john to anyone I know. I'm leaving this review because the google reviews are the reason I contacted John so I wanted to share my experience too to help anyone worried about having electrical work carried out.
