I was struggling to get someone to install my new electric double oven. Everyone I called was fully booked up until after Xmas and I desperately needed the oven installed before then. This company saved the day. I was really pleased with the prompt appointment in fact it was a same day appointment. Really prompt and efficient service. I was really impressed with the job, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires a job big or small , the work is of high quality. They gave me a cost upfront with no hidden charges, the cost was really reasonable considering it was December (busy time of year). The guys were really polite. Great service changed cooker and hob from gas to electric.fitted cooker and hob .nice guys on time and tidy would recommend.

I had a complete electrical failure which left me without light or heating. I phoned IQ electrical who sorted out an available engineer and then gave me wait time of 30mins (dependent on the distance). This was accurate and the two engineers who came were very friendly and sorted out the problem very quickly, they then explained the likely cause and waited 15mins to make sure the problem did'nt recur. The charge was very reasonable, Very pleased.

Faultless service, had an electrical fault and none of the sockets were working, called Waseem and he came out the next day first thing in the morning, worked on it for over 2 hours didn't charge me full price as could find the fault after checking all sockets etc, Waseem called me the next day to ask if he could come over at no cost to try to fix the issue, as a matter of principle, came back the next day and fixed it ! So pleased with both the guys that came, took genuine pride in what they did and the service they provided, would recommend to anyone, thanks again guys, great job !
