Excellent experience with Burton Electrical and plumbing solutions. I messaged at 5am saying my boiler was broken and somebody was at my house the same day, fixed the following day due to needing to get a part ordered. Fantastic and lovely engineer, very happy with the service.

Saleem was brilliant. Called him at 11:30pm to deal with an electrical issue. He was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem for us. Friendly, professional and helpful, thoroughly recommended.

We had a very troubling fault after a meter change. Mr Malek arrived soon after my call. Skilfully he isolated the fault, and repaired it. He constantly kept us informed of what he was doing and why. He arrived promptly when he said he would and worked very hard but always with a smile. I can happily recommend him.

I came home after the builders left and no hot water in the tap, despite I tried to turn on and off several valves but still no hot water from the tap. Called Saleem at 8:30pm in the Friday evening, he came half an hour later, identified the issue which is one of the valve should not be locked put in there by the builder before they left, and there is no way in the world I can see that valve lead to the hot water tap downstair until he pointed out. He also helped getting some air locked in the pipe out before it gets too late which might turn into a tricky job. Extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
