We purchased our house with a solar panel system already installed by the previous owner. We were unable to get any help from the company that installed it with battery schematics or updating the user apps with our details. Ben produced the schematics for us then spent many hours ( more than he anticipated) dealing with our system, liaising with the manufacturers and solving a number of problems, registering the system in my name and updating passwords etc. Ben was so helpful, explained what he was doing throughout the process and committed to solving the problems when other engineers would have walked away. I would strongly recommend Ben to anyone who wants a reliable, friendly, professional engineer to install or deal with their solar panel system.

Excellent service and work carried out. When my electricity company provider did some work on the smart meter it was connected to, it caused an issue however Impression popped around and fixed it straight away. Amazing many thanks...and great that I now have a dedicated wall charger rather than a long cable plugged into socket on wall. Would recommend for convenience, charging speed and price as I now only pay 7p kw/h. Many thanks to Ben at Impression.
