One reviewer calls the firm professional and reliable, having used it for many years at a school and now at home. Others describe really helpful people who know what they do, and one says they have used the firm a lot. Another reviewer had a bad experience with one of its drivers, who they say shouted abuse and made rude gestures at them. We had a total electrical failure on Friday lunchtime. Having had the network provider check we had power to the house, Rhys at K2 came out and quickly diagnosed a burned out contact on the master switch on the distribution board, causing complete loss of power to all the circuits, which had also started to melt the board itself (I hope that description is reasonably accurate!). He showed us the damage. He then went out of his way to find a way to leave us with some electrical power for the weekend, by tracking down and installing a small temporary board to give us the sockets in the house back for the weekend. He was back first thing Monday morning to fit a new consumer unit and by the end of play Monday we were completely back in business. We run a business from home and do we are doubly reliant on having power. K2 and Rhys really stepped up to help us out and we are very grateful for the excellent service.

One of their drivers thought it was appropriate to hurl abuse at me and make rude gestures, because I didn't let him pull out of a junction (onto a main road I was driving on). Unfortunately, a small moment of exasperation has a big impact.
