SGT Electrical Limited received praise from a property manager for being extremely trustworthy and professional, with planned safety checks, upgrades and reactive repairs handled reliably. One reviewer praised outstanding workmanship on a new kitchen and said Andy the operative conducted himself very well. However, two reviewers criticised an electrician seen using a phone while driving. Another reviewer said the electrician sent was not up to date on Part P regulations, did not refer questions to the office as promised, looked to make the job bigger than needed, and was slow to arrange the remedial visit and quote.
beast ever
Someone just came out of Holyfield drive 7:50ish, not much hair . White phone . Clearly on his phone whilst driving , not good from a professional company
Driving through city centre staring at your phone is not a good look and very dangerous. Safety should be more of a priority given you’re an electrician.
As a property manager I regularly use SGT Electrical as they are extremely trustworthy and professional. They carry out many planned safety checks and upgrades for me and are always on hand to help with a reactive repair. Very reliable.
SGT carried out all electrical works to my new kitchen, outstanding workmanship ,Andy the operative conducted himself very well Couldn’t be more pleased 1st class
Electrician sent was not up to date regarding regulations, as he could not answer basic questions about Part P rules etc, was supposed to refer them to the office, but never did. Would rather look for things to make it a bigger job than it needed to be instead. After initial visit, very slow to arrange the remedial work visit and provide the quote etc.
