Found David Taylor (Director) easy to deal with. Did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would.
Very happy with our Solar panels, hard working lads fitted and working in the day,no mess, good job all round.

We have now had our installation running for three months and are very happy with the results. In all we 13 panels, Solax Inverter and one Solax battery installed. The price was in the same region as other suppliers, however SolarGen had factored in in-roof work for the front of the house which a pleasant surprise. All the team were a pleasure to deal with. Special mentions for the roofing team Jordan and Callum and the sparks Anthony and Ben. All very professional! Hindsight is a wonderful thing and we should have had two batteries up front – so we ordered another at a decent price and Anthony fitted the second and removed a redundant socket to make sure it all looked good. Can’t speak highly enough of Anthony and his work ethic. I have no reservations in recommending SolarGen Energy Ltd. It was also comforting that we were not asked for a deposit before installation!
Installation has just been completed & we are delighted with both the product & the process. Every stage was efficient & hassle free and a big thanks to Anthony & Josh for their great service & expertise.
A Solargen engineer, Antony, recently visited my home to do checks that has been requested by my landlord. He was very efficient as well as being friendly and polite.

Excellent work by Anthony. He solved problems with my solar panel system within a hour . Previous company that were responsible couldn't sort it after multiple visits over a 2year period.
Had an engineer check my property on behalf of Places for People, afterwards they said that an electrical line needed to be replaced, twice I arranged an appointment for someone to come and fix it, i took time off work, and nobody came. I got frustrated and raised a complaint with my landlord, because every time I called Solargen they arranged an appointment but never arrived.
When fitted a few broken tiles had to get roofer in, they paid. A few more broke over time costing a lot & was mount tension on slates said roofers. Products lasted well but then faulty told need company to claim but they had gone and changed number so warranty not worth anything. Then found they was still about so phoned to ask for help & or new Fronius invertor and was told would get back.... Never did.
Solargen have recently done a full rewire on my house and I couldn't fault a single thing. Really lovely lads, They did a fantastic job on my house and left everything clean and tidy, and all in a days work. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!
It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Solargen energy. From first meeting, through installation to aftercare service, nothing is too much trouble. Work was completed to a high standard and the team worked and communicated well with our builders who were installing a new roof. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic company, Solargen installed solar panels at my property, great prices! They explained the whole process to me from start to finish, the lads where polite, efficient and tidied up after themselves, I couldn't of asked for more, I highly recommend them! Thanks again.
