Excellent company. Very professional, quality work, punctual, reliable and respectful team. Highly recommended. Mum had her driveway done 10 years ago by Avant (see pics, that drive is 10 years old!) Mums back garden was unsafe, unlevel and maintenance heavy so we wanted to replace it with a level, maintenance free, safe area for her and puppy Ruby to enjoy. We wanted a company we could trust to do a worry/hassle free quality long lasting job. As we were so impressed with her drive we only ever considered getting Avant back to carry out the work. We got a quote in person from Sean and gave him the go ahead straight away. Seanwas very informative and understanding of mums mobility issues. He explained everything he had in mind clearly. Mum is shy by nature, 80 years old and doesn’t like dealing with things like this. Seanand his team were so understanding and dealt with me directly which was a big weight off mums mind. Mums job was a big one, it took 2 weeks from start to finish. The lads turned up on time every day. They worked like troopers all through a heatwave without any shade, they didn’t disturb mum at all (other than helping her in with her shopping when they saw her struggling). The lads were so respectful, friendly, clean and tidy. I was able to go to work without worrying about mum having workmen around. Because of the gradient of mums garden there had to be a step down from the patio to the astroturf. Mum could have coped with this but Sean suggested making a small sloped ramp down (see picture) to make access easier and future proof access going forward. What an amazing idea! It worked out so well and mum now has a garden she loves and will be able to use for many years to come. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. If you want a job doing properly and want something you know will last for years to come, you have to seriously consider using Avant. I was so impressed that I actually had my garden done by Avant straight after mum. Pictures of mine included. Big thanks to Sean and his team at Avant!!!!!

Excellent workmanship on the concrete imprint that has transformed our front garden driveway in Crosby. The guys were brilliant,prompt,polite and tidy. Would definitely recommend Avant.

From the minute I met Sean I had good vibes from this company. Quote was competitive to provide a new double driveway, knock a wall down and provide a new fence. The fact they could start the work almost immediately was an added bonus. The team were brilliant from start to finish, reliable polite professional and great sense of humour. We had about 8 workman here at one point all working hard to get the job done. When any dust spread to neighbouring driveways they apologised and ensured they cleaned them up too I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We’ve had many neighbours complimenting not only the job done but the team themselves.

Look elsewhere if you looking for a professional after care or customer focused company. You defo won't get it with these! Job done see ya August 2022 still no resolve from this company given they want my review taken down. Despite a communication that they would come back end July to fix it. I'm not holding my breath.

KEEP AWAY. POOR QUALITY AND BIG BIG BIG RIP OFF - Paving has cracked after few weeks. Ripped off by extra layer of soil and paid for a small wall to separate my neighbors garden which didn't happen.

I'm sure they're good at wha they do, but when they're charging £40 just to come out and give a quote, I'll unfortunately never find out. The fella on the phone said it's "to stop people wasting our time". It's everyone's right to get prices from a few places and make a decision after that. I spoke to a few places and every one apart from them were happy to give a rough estimate on the phone before coming out and giving a proper quote for free. Strange way of working but they seem busy so fair play to them.

Anyone looking to have their driveway done I would highly recommend this company. My driveway is absolutely stunning and is far better than I could ever had imagined. The guys are so proffesional and polite and tidy up after themselves every day. They are very hard working and very polite. You won't be disappointed.

I would certainly recommend Sean and his team of workmen , they are professional and extremely helpful and polite . I am really happy with the job and how hardworking the lads are . I got lots of quotes for this work and Avant were not the cheapest, but I chose them because they were so professional and explained everything perfectly. My driveway is amazing, the workmen were all tidy and courteous and I.couldnt be happier. Would recommend Avant all day to anyone

This company are spot on. Sean gave full details of what would take place and when. Once we had agreed on a price, the work took place. However, i was not quite happy with the quality of the work when it was complete. Sean advised to wait a few weeks to see if the issues i raised calmed down. They did not, so Sean agreed that he would dig up the original completely and re-lay which he has now done. His lads worked solidly and professionally, and i have to say that the drive now looks better than any i have seen. I am so pleased that Sean and this company pride themselves on excellent customer relations and the standard of their own work to have redone the job. If you are looking for a great job, Avant is the company to choose.

Just had our front Driveway transformed using the concrete stamped method by Avant,the Lads laying the Drive way were excellent ,Sean has got a very good bunch of hard working polite lads,they have done a brilliant job had the London cobble effect in Slate grey,sealing of it to follow ,Would highly recommend this company,keep up the good work thanks again Neil.

I had my driveway done by Avant Gardens and love it. Not only was the finished drive exactly what I wanted the workmen were fantastic. They were very professional and polite and cleaned up every evening. From the start Sean explained everything and gave us a clear and competitive quote. There was a slight delay in getting the drive sealed (the final stage) but this didn't prevent us using the drive and this was purely down to the weather. They did a really quality job and we've had lots of compliments.

Another great job completed for us again by Sean and his team. The standard of work and professionalism is fantastic. Avant Gardens are a must if you are considering any type of work or services they offer. They have completed all of our work from start to finish. Just to make people aware I used advant gardens to complete my imprinted concrete drive some years ago. Part of the price was for them to return and reseal concrete drive after 12 months. I made numerous phone calls to Sean smith and eventually got them back but it was only persistance from my self I managed to get the drive resealed. Now some years on my drive needs reselling and doing again and I have contacted Sean smyth and asked what sealer did he use on my drive because there are different types I believe. This job is straight forward just rolling on the sealer with a roller and I intend to do myself because I am quite hands on. Sean smyth returned my email stating he cannot tell me the specification he has used on my drive, he said he would sort out the sealer and after giving him my address and details and a week later I am still waiting. I would say this is poor customer service and I would think carefully before agreeing any work with this company, this is the second time now I have been messed around so I am forewarning people buyer beware.

I am the proprietor of Avant Gardens. Just so people are aware, we did not actually do any work for the two people who gave us one star reviews ( Mr Lloyd and Mrs Hennigan). For personal reasons, which I did explain to these clients we were not able to carry out the work and I refunded their deposits. I think it's a shame that they both felt the need to give us these reviews when we have not actually carried out any work for them....but positive out of a negative. I will now be more motivated to ask the clients who we have actually built gardens and driveways for to write reviews. Regards Sean Smyth
