Thank you so much for a wonderful customer experience. From the moment of picking up the phone to establish pricing for top soil and work out cubit meters required and then requiring the soil to be craned over a garden wall on a hill; I received help, clarification, understanding and reassurance. The pricing was broken down for me, the expectations for delivery were clearly explained and the process was seamless from start to finish. I will be back for turf once the land is prepared for next action. To clarify some of the services I found above and beyond: James - discussing soil, pricing, requesting photo of the slope and position for the soil placement. Checking with the driver, updating me as to when I would receive a decision on whether it could be done, calling me with further updates. Nick - discussing delivery of the soil and then moving on to turf request, grading, pricing, my intended use, when to order, how much to order. Patience of a saint! Matt and the other delivery driver whose name I did not get - sorry. Called me to confirm that they were on their way, gave a clear estimate of delivery time, arrived at the time of their previous estimate, were helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. Offered to split bags for ease of spreading soil, parked so as not to cause traffic disruption, delivered soil in two locations on the land to provide ease of spreading over the weekend. The whole service from start to finish has been really professional, helpful and wonderful. I will definitely be back for the turf after a small break and sufficient land preparation and I very much look forward to speaking to your company again.

Only a very small DIY project for us but Greener Landscapes took time to come up with some lovely suggestions. The Cotswold stone gravel we chose is beautiful: looks lovely in sunshine and rain. Great customer service, an impressive portfolio: really impressed with the range of products available.

If your after paving slabs or materials to lay paving slabs they have it all here and more. Great selection, superior knowledge and experience in the trade. Customer service can't fault them always doing what they can to help. Will not be disappointed.

So pleased we found Greener Landscapes. Had some 'interesting' experiences with other firms, but James and the team were always on time, provided a written quote, left no mess and made a boggy sparse area of lawn into a really lovely patio. Job was delivered on time and to budget - so pleased with the overall job we have them coming to price for some more work so I would obviously recommend!
