Luke and the team are exceptional. Suoer friendly, genuinely helpful and clearly really care about looking after their customers. They helped me identify the existing stone I already had so I could make sure I ordered the right product to add to it. Luke then went above and beyond & rather than me having to wait a few more days for a delivery, he personally dropped the stone off at my house on his way home, using his own car rather than the work van. It’s rare to come across this level of customer service. Just a really friendly, helpful team who clearly care about their customers. 2nd load of stones delivered today by Sonny/Sunny. What a lovely, polite, hard working young man he is. Definitely an asset to Stone Zone. The bag must have been split or had a hole in it when loaded so they couldn't be lifted and placed on our garden without sunny having to shovel the stones into another bag before he could deliver them on our garden. Praise where praise is due! Pay rise time I think!
Great selection of materials. Nice to be able to see different slabs laid out on display. Lads were really polite, friendly, and very helpful. We visited on Saturday 31st May. Our landscaper will be placing an order in the not so distant future.
⸻ I had a very bad experience with my last order. I purchased resin stones in the colour “Poseidon Marble” and was assured there was plenty in stock. I placed the order and began the job, but later realized I needed two more mixers of the same stones. I sent one of my team members to collect the exact same colour—Poseidon Marble—but he was given a completely different product. This ruined the entire job. When I contacted the company to request the correct stones, I was told that they no longer produce that colour. This response was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer care. I even asked for someone from Vuba to come out and assess the issue and offer a solution, but they simply didn’t care. even giving one star is to much In the end, I turned to Daltex Derbyshire Gravel and Aggregates, and they didn’t hesitate to send someone out within three days. Thanks to them, the job was resolved
Very helpful people who were both friendly and knowledgeable about their stock and where it was located. One store of 2 or more in the bcp area. Stock investigation of both sites and order book undertaken and advice provided when our requirements were to be on site. Phone up details provided to avoid unnecessary trip next week (we visited on Friday)

Thrilled with the Sienna Ocean Mist 900 x 600 porcelain tiles from Stone zone. Tom was really helpful and patient with our deliberations. Delivery was superb. Lady driver was with us before 8am in a no fuss delivery to the front of the house and even took care to protect the drive in the process - great service from start to finish. Don’t forget to buy a rubber pool squeegee for keeping your tiles looking good after heavy rain or hosing down.
Very pleased with the plum slate chippings, plum slate rockery stones and red flame gravel we purchased from Stone Zone. We had an old concrete base to cover which was quite challenging, so covered it with gravel grids, then used the stones to fill and cover the area. Everything we purchased was good quality and the staff were very helpful. Prices are a lot cheaper than the bigger companies we looked at and quality seems better. We wish we'd found the company before, as they also have some good quality sleepers there, which we would probably have purchased instead of the ones we got elsewhere. Thanks for your help loading the rockery stones too!
I would highly recommend this company. The telephone service is good and the delivery quick. The drivers are well trained in operating their equipment without damaging overhanging branches. The prices are competitive and the products of good quality.

Great selection of stones, we were renovating our garden and the Bournemouth branch is 5 mins away, easy to get to, staff are really friendly and helpful. Only negative is when you buy online it gives you a choice of which branch to collect from but doesn't tell you it is not available at the branch straight away and that you either have to wait quite a few days for them to get it delivered to your branch of choice or you can collect from an alternative branch the same day which was a bit awakward and we hadn't factored the time it took to collect it from other branches i think the online pirchase needs to be clearer about collection from branch process that is my only moan, they often have discounts online and everything we have ordered has been fantastic quality and great value for money
Terrible service, messed up the delivery date and didn't even apologise. We were told that offering to deliver it the next day was adequate. Won't ever use again.

Excellent. Prompt delivery, given the present circumstances, really helpful customer services. And what I found to be really useful is that they sell rockery by the piece, meaning you can be specific about how many pieces you need for your project. There may be other companies that offer this serviced, but I didn't find one.

Thank you for all your help and supplying us with your materials. Just thought I would send you a few photos of our little garden project mostly finished. We did the work throughout the worst weather in May, and with material shortages but you were very helpful. We used Jupiter porcelain tiles, oak sleepers, ice blue chippings, plus all the type 1 and sand from you guys. The darker chippings are black granite. We even used the off cuts of our tiles for the water feature edging. We had never done anything like this ourselves before, so it was a little daunting but we are happy with our hard work and you were very helpful with your advice and products:) Thank you

All good, no worries! Pricing including VAT, delivery and new grab bags is good and even though there were a few odd chunks of brick / pavers, there were only a very few (10 or 12), they were easy to spot and remove. Product very good and as described - odd chunks accepted.
