I discovered I had water leak after having a water meter fitted I wasted 2 weeks being let down by another company who just didn't turn up! I went on the government lead replacement site for water safe plumbers and found Hamer's plumbing Hamer's were brilliant very impressed came out quickly to assess Nathan talked me through what needed to be done and replace the lead piping with plastic piping they came back within a couple of days started first thing in the morning and was finished by the afternoon They had to take a couple of my flags up for the job put back everything was left neat clean and tidy inside and outside my house They took photos of the work from the start and the underground to the finish inside my property along with a certificate and sent them to the government lead piping scheme I was able to get a grant towards this lead piping replacement work Just wanted to mention Rebecca whom I first spoke to for the call out was so lovely very professional and kept me updated from start to finish with the job Just waiting now for united utilities to come and connect to the main road ! Hamers are to be highly recommended. A 93yr old frail family friend had a broken WC on April 2nd, & within 4 hours of contacting Hamers in the morn, it was fixed. I got their details from 'Safe Trader', scheme that Blackpool council advised me to search. Hamers displays their LC registration number, which was why I contacted them. The 2 people I spoke to & the office were helpful, displayed empathy, and trustworthy, & gave updates as to ETA at the job. Brilliant! Would 100% recommend Hamer's plumbing and drainage. Nathan and Nick are a great team. I had an underground leak in my lead water pipes and I had not dealt with anything like this before. Nathan came quickly to see me, very professional and knowledgeable, advised me on what needed to be done and he also made me aware of a lead replacement grant that is available through United utilities which i applied for. They did all of the work professionally and kept me updated with progress and also supplied me with photos, certificates and videos for the grant I was applying for and dealt with the final connection with United utilities. What was a big job for me was made easy by Hamers. Thanks

Very friendly, helpful guys. They unblocked a shared drain, and went above and beyond to let my neighbour know it should help clear her problem too. They also found a cheaper workaround to something we'd been quoted around £300 for elsewhere, saving us £280! Definitely recommend and would use again

Contacted Hamer's for a low pressure issue. It turned out to be a massive leak underground, it started on a day rate but charged me the lower job rate instead. Worked extremely diligently to complete the job as soon as they could. 5 stars, amazing business.

Came to assess the job and made me feel at ease, despite what could have been a tricky job. Once booked in they kept me updated with their eta as they were understandly held up attending emergencies. Fixed the problem without any issues or dramas. Would definitely recommend & will keep their number handy for future jobs when they crop up.

I had a blocked toilet/ drainage problem and the lads were brilliant i put the job on the night b4 the came the next day to acess it and came a few days later to fix the problem. We had a potential collapsed drain which turned out to be not as serious as first feared. Hamers estimated, came out the next day and fixed the problem. Honest, great lads, and actually charged less than estimate due to change in problem. Highly recommend.

Noticed a blocked drain early Sunday evening, sweeping water away to a fall higher up the garden whilst hubby tackles the drain, a short reprieve as I call two 24/7 specialists who can't come out till Monday.and then the kitchen begins to flood. Hubby dealing with that as I frantically sweep water away outside. The rain eased off for long enough for me to call Hamer's. Nathan was with us in half an hour, confidently cleared the blockage and then put the camera down to find that rather than the slipped joint he suspected, there were roots growing through the pipe! To prevent further issues in future, additional work was planned in straight away. His swift response, calm and professional demeanor, competent resolution and the subsequent investigation to discover the cause and prevent recurrence and very reasonable price were above and beyond my expectations. For peace of mind, call Hamer's and ignore the other emergency drain specialists on your Google search!

I was having issues with a blocked pipe. They have flushed the pipe and found the main cause of the blockage by insering a camera. Parts of the pipe was replaced and everything was explained. This was done over 2 visits. Site left clean and tidy. Definitely will be using again!

Hired Hamers to refurb gents toilets at Bispham Con Club. Estimate said would replace vinyl floor with tiled floor. Finished job just replaced old vinyl floor with new one. Bill still provided for tiled floor. Demanded payment one day after invoice sent. Two holes in cladded wall that wete just filled in with silicone. Would not recommend tjis firm to anyone

Greeted by a very friendly bloke called Nathan. Was with us only a few hours after calling. All sorts of gadgets, very professional and experienced. Only took him minutes to identify the issue and even less time to correct. Just a standard blocked drain but explained what had actually happened in an easy to understand and detailed manner.
