Drain Doctor

Shocking! Came to clear drains at my property and charged £294.00 only for the drains to be blocked again a week later and tried charging a further £222.00. I got another company in to do it who charged me £100.00 and said that they had not been cleaned properly the first time. Don't use this company, google search for others.

Would definitely recommend! The team were very polite, friendly and kept me well informed right from the first point of contact. Jack did a cracking job of sorting our blocked drain and was a pleasure to deal with.

Arrogant and trouble makers, why do you try to discredit other companies??? At least have staff who know what they are talking about if you’re are trying to cause others issues. Spoken to a few of customers now who you have stressed out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I stupidly put a screw through the central heating pipe, after much searching and nobody available, drain doctors come up trumps!!! Many thanks to nick and Dean for the good work, this firm is highly recommended!!!

Got charged 142 pounds to have a look at our drain - no work was actually carried out Was told this is the investigation fee , initially told the work all together would be 270 and we happily agreed but then the work could not be carried out and we was charged 142 pounds. To say the least I am very disappointed unfortunately I am away on holiday and can not see this through. I guess they saw an easy target and went for it Can’t comment on their work and from past reviews I’m sure it’s brilliant, I can only comment on what happened to us.

Terrible, waited almost 12 hours, no response. Don't bother if it's an emergency.

Unprofessional and unqualified. Claimed to have unblocked my drain but the problem reoccurred within 48hours but they refused to come out again when i rang them on Saturday. They said that the work that was carried out was not under guarantee even though they claim to guarantee a job for 4 weeks. The technician said that the blockage occurred as a result of concrete left due to a new driveway being laid down but if he removed the debris why was the drain blocked again within 2 days? Eventually, United Utilities were called out and they were able to resolve the issue free of charge. It turns out that there wasn’t a problem with my drain, it was my neighbour’s drain that had caused a blockage which affected the shared properties. The least that Drain Doctor could do was offer me a full or partial refund as i paid them £185 plus vat for a job that they in essence did not complete! BEWARE!

Phil Cox came to sort a leaking soil pipe in our block of flats. He was very efficient and very helpful with his advice putting my neighbours mind at ease by repairing the problem quickly

Great friendly service. Technician, Phil Cox from Drain Doctor called to leave a price, he is a professional and friendly man and he left a fair price. I decided to have the work done, 2 days later technician, Nick Rice came to unblock the drain and carry out a CCTV survey, again a very professional and friendly man who did a great job. Nick found the blockage and explained in depth the full implications of what needed to be done and has left us with a price quote, I will definitely have this job done by Drain Doctor.

Phil is at my contract every 3 months, the work he does is to a very high standard, I am more than happy with the finished product, he also leaves the work area very clean. Good work Phil.
