After visiting the Ted Todd Design Centre in Warrington where I found my dream floor, the team there advised me on a few local retailers. However, after getting a few supply and fitting quotes, a close friend highly recommended Luxury Flooring Manchester. They had recently supplied and fitted premium engineered wood flooring in a matching chevron and plank design—complete with intricate border work, brass inlay trims, oak skirtings, and oak doors—throughout the ground floor, stairs, and first floor of their grand home in Wilmslow. I visited Luxury Flooring Manchester, and they were incredible. They managed to source the exact Ted Todd floor I wanted from an approved retailer and secured it for me at a trade price! When it came to the installation, they were brilliant. I visited a number of Ted Todd retailers across Wilmslow, Altrincham and Hale and then came across Luxury Flooring Manchester on social media. I arranged a home visit for a free quote and was pleasantly surprised that the team told me they could source any Ted Todd flooring from approved retailers and supply at trade price with a very competitive fitting price. The installation was perfect we were guided every step of the way to best options for finishing, subfloor preparation and door plates. Fitters were absolutely fantastic, highly recommended, trusted to be in the home, reliable and on time. Best Karndean fitters in Manchester without a doubt. We’d been planning a big home renovation for months and spent ages looking for a local flooring company that genuinely specialised in Karndean Designflooring, parquet flooring, LVT, and proper bespoke herringbone work rather than just somebody who “does flooring”. After coming across Luxury Flooring Manchester, reading the reviews, and seeing some of their recent projects across Manchester and Cheshire, we decided to book a home visit — and honestly from that point everything just felt easy. One of the lads came out to measure up, checked the subfloor properly, talked us through different layout ideas, and gave us loads of advice about what would work best for the style of our house. It didn’t feel pushy at all, just genuine passion and experience. You can tell these lads live and breathe flooring and interior design. We were then invited down to the showroom in Wythenshawe for a design consultation and that completely sold it for us. The place is unreal. We looked through loads of Karndean flooring designs, luxury vinyl tile samples, parquet layouts and herringbone styles before settling on a smoked oak herringbone floor with a bespoke border detail. Using the big design table, we could actually lay different samples out and build the exact floor we wanted which really helped us visualise everything properly. Even little things like the kitchen displays, handles, paint colours and room sets made a massive difference because you could see how the flooring would actually work in a real home setting. When it came to the installation, the fitting team were brilliant from start to finish. Turned up on time every day, kept everything tidy, and talked us through every part of the install including the herringbone direction, bordering, feature strips, finishing details and different ways of setting the parquet out so the rooms flowed properly. Nothing felt rushed and the attention to detail was spot on. The finished floor honestly looks unbelievable and completely transformed the house. The quality of workmanship is next level and you can tell they really care about the final result rather than just getting in and out of the job. Communication throughout was excellent and everyone we dealt with was friendly, respectful and easy to have around the house. We had a great experience with luxury flooring Manchester! Lee and Lisa were so lovely and helpful at recommending floors to suit our budget, and what we were looking for, and Callum and Liam did a cracking job laying the floor. We live in a Victorian terrace house, and everything is a bit wonky! But it was no problem and we’re so happy with how the floor turned out! Communication throughout the process was very good. As the floor was being laid they asked for our feedback and opinions throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the result, and were friendly and professional. We went for engineered wooden flooring in oak planks.

Originally i had 3 companies to choose from one in oldham was my first choice but when i met lee from Luxury flooring he explained something on the floor that needed doing that no one else did probably because they didnt want to do the work. I told lee the amount i was hoping to spend and he came back with a very similar price. Thank god i went with this company after all, i am SO happy with my floor they even left cleaning kit. I feel he knew i very paricular and i got the best fitters on the job everything was absolutely perfect and i havent got easiest shape room to do. He even come the night before to check the pattern. I had the pleasure of having Lee and his team at our home to fit Camaro Naked Blonde Oak LVT flooring by Polyflor in Winter 2024. Lee is nothing short of a perfectionist and will obsess over the smallest detail to exceed his client’s expectations. The team worked diligently to carefully prepare the floor and then laid the flooring of our choice beautifully. It is one of the most worthwhile investments we’ve made in our home and I would personally state that LFM have provided the best customer service I’ve ever received from any trades professional. A year on and the floor looks just as good as the first day the job was completed and that is largely to do with the quality of workmanship that was delivered. Initially I was hesitant about having a gold inlay border but glad we went for it as I feel it gives the flooring extra character. I was fortunate that I had this option available to me as not everybody has the skill set to do this. In summary I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lee and his team and will be calling upon him again in the near future to lay our kitchen flooring.

We went specifically to check out the big sale (up to 65% off!), and the savings are genuine on top-tier brands. I’ve been to a few shops, but the range here is on another level. They have absolutely everything—stunning Woodpecker, v4 engineered wood, loads of Karndean and Amtico LVT, plus huge ranges of Cormar and Alternative Flooring carpets and bespoke stair runners. The showroom itself is brilliant because you can actually see herringbone and parquet layouts on the floor rather than just holding small samples. We were torn between a stone-effect LVT for the kitchen and engineered wood herringbone floor for the kitchen diner and living room, but the team was incredibly helpful. Absolutely Obsessed with My New Karndean Parquet Flooring in my Hallway! Huge thanks to Luxury Flooring Manchester for making my hallway dreams come true in my new Knutsford home. As a interior design enthusiast, I knew exactly what I wanted, and the whole experience, from initial research to final installation, was flawless. I popped over to the amazing Karndean showroom in Wythenshawe to properly explore all the options, and instantly fell head-over-heels for the Karndean Select Blonde Oak - and it’s by far the best LVT flooring showroom in Manchester! But I didn't stop there! To really nail my interior vision, I chose a customised double plank border with a 10mm walnut strip—that little bit of extra detail is everything! I needed a floor that looked totally authentic and realistic—lots of character, great hand-scraped finish, and a deep bevel to mimic individual —but it was equally important that it was waterproof, durable, and easy to look after (I need that low-maintenance life!). The fitting team was fantastic. They installed the whole floor within two days, and seriously, they left no stone unturned. Everything was fitted perfectly, and they were brilliant to have around—warm, friendly, and respectful. The team did an incredible job in preparing the floors and then fitting the LVT parquet flooring, carpets and stair runner. Lee even surprised us with a bespoke, one of a kind trim around our stairs to make them a true focal piece. Extremely hard workers and nothing was a too big ask. 10/10! We are over the moon with our new floors in our kitchen/diner and utility room and even more delighted that we went with Luxury Flooring Manchester to see through the process. Both Janette and Lee were fantastic, start to finish, treating us like valued and treasured clients. Nothing was too big an ask, and we went in with very little knowledge about floor options and have walked away nearly experts with how much knowledge they had to share! We went with Project Floors Grande Oak Herringbone throughout, as we wanted something that complimented our kitchen units, doors and the existing longstanding Karndean hallway floor. It has a beautiful natural grain and warmth to it and the whole room is so inviting and a space we are now proud of, after having horrible old click grey vinyl boards before that weren’t fitted properly. Mitch and Darren installed our floor, and turned up on time each day, were friendly and respectful in our home, especially as we have a young baby as well. They worked hard with such attention to detail. Other adjustments that were required such as door trimming and the installation of carpet bars in adjoining living rooms was easily organised by Lee and everything carried out punctually with great communication throughout. Lee also managed to design a wonderful flow from our kitchen to our hallway and it looks spectacular now - the final touch was him offering to buffer our hallway floor and give me cleaning tips, to bring it back to its former glory. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience, start to finish. Especially with how accommodating the team have been after we had a family circumstance that meant we regretfully had to postpone. Their kindness really sets them apart from other companies. After looking for over 18 months for the floor I wanted I remembered luxury floorings and decided to nip in and have a look I explained what I was looking for and within 10 minutes had picked the floor of my dreams. The next week the fitters came out to prep my floor to discover I had a damp issues which after lifting my old floor I could see and smell this wasn’t an issue and it was resolved straight away Another week later my floor was fitted by a team of three polite, patient tidy professional lads.The after care was brilliant too I was called the day after to make sure I was happy and then several calls over the following weeks. The price was really reasonable too in all I will say without doubt it’s the best service iv had in a long time and I will not be going anywhere else for my flooring.

The flooring I had put in by Luxury Flooring Manchester is top notch! Very professional outfit who are very helpful and friendly. I had the woodpecker engineered oak put in 2022 and it's sublime and it is fitted perfectly and I have also had zero problems either. The team at LFM have been in touch periodically as well to check to see if everything is good and they are also very helpful and friendly. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, if you are looking for flooring definitely check them out.
My son-in-law who is a pretty shrewd chap recommended Luxury Flooring Manchester to me when we downsized last year. They had done the flooring throughout his house and made a sterling job of it. Me and the wife had moved into a solid 1960s flat which just needed some TLC to transform it into the perfect place for us. Lee, one of the team, talked us through all the options and in the end we plumped for the Polyfloor Luxury Vinyl Parquet Floor. It looked very stylish and in keeping with the flat’s ’60s aesthetics. When it came to installation, the fitting team carried out the work within the agreed timeframe with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. Great selection of wood flooring options. We chose the Woodpecker - Engineered Wood flooring for installation throughout the house (replacing the carpet in the bedroom and the laminate floor in the rest of the house). The end result, transformed our home to a much ‘richer’ look and feel. Luxury Flooring Manchester Made It Happen Like a lot of people, my hunt for the perfect stair runner started with Pinterest boards and endless scrolling through Google, trying to find something a bit more special than your standard carpet. I wanted a stair runner that would completely transform my hallway — something stylish, unique, and a bit of a statement. That’s when I came across Luxury Flooring Manchester, and honestly, they’ve been amazing from the start. I messaged them for a bit of advice, and they offered to pop over for a home visit. They measured everything properly, asked loads of great questions about the look I was going for, and really took the time to understand what would work with my home and lifestyle. The advisor who came out was brilliant – super knowledgeable, really friendly, and full of helpful tips and ideas I hadn’t even thought of. The carpet was ordered quickly, their fitters came to template the stairs (they were great, by the way – super professional and respectful, especially with the kids at home), and then it was off to get the custom binding done. Just a week later, it was all installed – and it looks incredible. Every single detail is perfect, right down to the matching brass door plates on the landing. I’m completely in love with it. Highly recommend lee and his team who were outstanding from start to finish. Contacted Luxury Flooring Manchester after being let down by a couple of other flooring companies and am very glad that I did. We used LFM for an extension project and we were not disappointed. Tbh we only sourced 2 quotes from different companies where usually we would try and get 3 or 4 for any work we needed but Lee’s passion for his work swayed us to not look around too much! He had the LVT product we wanted in mind and the cost was acceptable (though thinking back I should have maybe tried to barter a little 😄). The showroom is brilliant, very smart and professional with a range of products and designs on show. We looked here as it was local. Lee came round and gave us an estimate for the flooring. The showroom was great and lots to choose from. We only decided against the LVT as we didn’t want screed putting down as it was going over an original wooden floor and we may have wanted that back at some point in the future and if have taken 3-4 days. We decided to go for a good quality laminate with a good underlay in a herringbone design, which we are happy with. If I was going to chose flooring in the future then I would have no hesitation to contact Lee and his team.
Lee and the guys from Luxury Flooring literally saved us! We had been left with a mess of a building site after former builder abandoned the job and Lee and team couldn't have done more to help. Exceptional customer service and products. After-sales care is also excellent with several check-ins since the work was done to find out if everything is going well with the floor!

I had seen some of the videos on Instagram so went to the Showroom in Wythenshawe to meet Lee and see the products. I was very impressed with the welcome I received and the service in selecting the perfect floor for our house renovation in Didsbury. We chose a Karndean Art Select Herringbone floor after using Lees software to visuals a number of different options. The project started a few weeks after visiting the store and took one week to complete. Lees team were respectful, hardworking and experts at this skilled work. Any issue we had was resolved with no fuss and hidden costs. We couldn’t be happier with our new floor!

It is not open 24/7 as indicated by the owner, I turned up to the premises on a Monday mid-morning with some queries and to see what kind of options they had, and shutters were down.
Really great organisation. Lee and his team are a delight to work with and clearly very passionate about what they do. They fitted wooden floors in my kitchen, living room and hallway and also carpets in both bedrooms. They also fitted new skirting boards throughout all rooms and adjusted the internal doors so that everything matched with the new floors perfectly. The flooring was not something I had considered too much when planning this rennovation project but i am so glad I found this place, its a much bigger part of the finished process than i expected and the quality of the flooring is the perfect finishing touch!

Work was completed early and efficiently. In time of Covid we were pleased that they wore masks. Company was very responsive after an initial hiccup which one could put down to the Covid lockdown. We had a problem with a couple of tiles not seating properly but they returned very swiftly and dealt with the problem

An excellent set of lads who worked really hard and went that extra mile when the job needed a few tweaks here and there.
