JK Damp Proofing Services - Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners is praised for damp surveys and damp proofing work. James is named in several reviews for explaining the work clearly, arriving on time and leaving the place clean and tidy. One customer said James completed a damp investigation and quoted a good price, while another said he finished the first part of the work while they were away and they planned to book him for the rest. A couple of reviewers mention using him again, and one says he was kind to their cat. No complaints are reported.
Got in touch with James this morning for a damp survey, and writing the review a few hours later, what can I say, in and out, same day, got the report, fantastic job, need more people like this one.

I found James's contact information on Checkatrade, and he responded promptly to provide a quote and clearly explained the issue with my property. Before proceeding with him, I had obtained several quotes from other professionals, but none matched the high standard of service James offered—especially at such a reasonable price. Additionally, his communication has been excellent. He has been consistently responsive and easy to reach regarding any questions or concerns, which is often a challenge when dealing with tradespeople. I would highly recommend his services.
