A thorough review of our damp problem. Very professional and attentive service. Reliable, friendly team. Thank you.
Originally I had Dave out to quote for new damp proofing in the house. He was so helpful and knowledgeable that I hired him to project manage all the renovations. He gathered a superb team including plasterer, stone mason, electrician, joiner wooden floor and carpet fitter and decorator. All aspects of the work were of an exceptionally high standard. Dave took away all the stress of a project like this and was able to interpret the many ideas that were in my head. He also gave me a great deal of good advice such as painting the dining room white and placing a large mirror to reflect light and make the room much brighter. I kept adding onto the list and Dave was both patient and accommodating each time and it was rather a lot! There is absolutely no way that I could have possibly managed this project without him and the end result is that Dave and his team have created a beautiful home for my daughter. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dave and I won’t look elsewhere again. On top of all that Dave is a caring, responsible gentleman and a lovely human being. How much better we would be if all trades operated like this. Thank you for everything Dave from the bottom of my heart.
David did a great job, he was punctual and precise. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends. Thanks David
My wife and I employed David to fix a persistent problem with damp in our dining room and off-shot kitchen walls. We are very happy to recommend him unreservedly for any similar problem. After earlier dealings with trades who either failed to reply or didn't turn up to see the proposed job, we welcomed David's professional attitude. He replied almost immediately to our initial contact, made an appointment for within a few days and visited us to view the problem. Throughout the time he was working for us we were impressed by his communication and timetabling skills. David quickly diagnosed the source of our damp and proposed a scheme of work to remedy it. He also thought, and was proved right, that there could be further damage to flooring joists and that he would need to check this. He explained to us clearly what work would be necessary and why, how he would carry it out, the timetable and costs and gave us a detailed work spec and itemised costing before we made our decision. The work itself was carried out over three days without delays. He then returned a few days later to replace skirting boards removed at the beginning. All of the work done appears entirely satisfactory and he also removed all debris and left the work areas clean. Given the extent of the work the cost was entirely reasonable. If you have damp problems in your house David has the training, skills, experience and, most important of all, professional commitment to deal with them.
Very professional and efficient service.
David fitted us a positive input ventilation unit in the loft. Competitive priced, took a few hours and he tidied up afterwards, great job. No condensation on windows and doors after a week. No more cleaning black mould off the walls every few months. It has improved the air quality and helps with asthma and hay fever. Thanks Dave.
I thoroughly recommend David and his team, they were recommended to me, they came to quote for the damp-proofing work, they were able to start the following week and completed the job in 3 days, they worked around a couple of snags that arose during the job and went above and beyond expectations.
Had multiple quotes for a damp proof course and Dave stood out as being incredibly knowledgeable as well as an extremely nice bloke. We had a number of items on our list having just moved into the property and it has been a relief for us to find someone as skilled and thorough as Dave is. He offered heaps of advice for other projects we are considering and suggested some contacts. As part of the work, we had a sump pump installed to deal with water collecting in the basement and Dave and his son Max were super attentive and went above and beyond throughout the installation. Excellent communication and a very well run operation. You won't find anyone better out there. Highly recommend!
David did an excellent job for us re our house purchase. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the process and we would definitely recommend him to any one requiring these services.
Have used David for two jobs now. Excellent service both times. Good price (having had alternative quotes), good job done - I appreciated David's reliability, honesty, friendliness and clean up! Would highly recommend.

David delivered a first class job at great price. I highly recommend him.
ADP did a great job of carrying our damp proofing work at our property. Excellent professional service at a reasonable cost.
I contacted ADP due to concerns about some potential dry rot. We were able to share some photos and discuss the issue over the phone - he would have visited to do a survey if needed. He asked questions and quickly identified that it wasn't dry rot (phew). At no point did he try and unnecessarily sell his services. Fantastic service and genuine, down to earth chap. Won't hesitate to contact for future projects.
Brilliant service from initial inspection through to completion of work. Very clean and tidy really impressed with the efficient working. Would recommend this company.
We had several areas of rising damp .. David attended initially for inspection and provided a competitive quotation for the works needed to resolve the issue, which we accepted. After completion, David left our property in a clean and tidy state. He has been prompt, courteous and professional throughout and we have no hesitation in recommending his services.
I contacted David following concerns with my cellar, he came to review my home and provided a damp report. David promptly organised to carry out the works to my cellar including timber treatment and replacement of timbers. David and his team were extremely friendly and professional and left no mess at the property. I would highly recommend ADP, thank you for your help!
