Knotweed Specialists UK Ltd

Greatly appreciated the company's quick and professional approach to the work.

I highly recommend Knotweed Specialists UK. Sam and Pete are both good communicators - honest and straightforward. They've been very helpful throughout and I've felt that we're in good hands with them.

Tried three other companies before this one. Sam was quick to reply, did what he said he would, when he said he would. Very good service. Highly recommend.

The service we have received from Knotweed Specialists has been first-rate. Within hours of reporting our issue (Bank Holiday weekend), we received a response and an outline plan of action explaining how the team could assist. Within just a couple of days, all the paperwork and the treatment plan were signed and in place. The first treatment has now been completed, and our minds are at rest. Thank you to Sam and Pete for your professionalism and excellent service throughout the process.

Sam is highly knowledgeable on this. He was so helpful to me in my search to get this sorted out. Recommend reaching out to him if you have a question or help on this. Thank you Sam!!!

Good communication and very professional. Very happy with the service

Have been more than impressed with the professionalism of Sam and all at Knotweed Specialist UK, always polite and efficient and put at ease re treatment and process, pleased we found them and would recommend to anybody having Knotweed issues.

Sam recently helped my mother identify what turned out to be willow (now Japanese Knotweed! 😅) and was the only one - out of three - who suggested sending pictures via WhatsApp! Thanks for helping and thoroughly recommend

So helpful, took the time to help me with a problem I had..nothing was to much trouble, Would recommend them. Many thanks

I can’t recommend the company enough, especially Pete. We had what we thought was suspected Japanese knotweed in our garden over a bank holiday. We were naturally really panicked and our call went through to Pete who was on his day off who spoke with me and looked at some photos I sent. He was completely professional and went above and beyond to put our minds at rest and I am so grateful to him and would have felt completely confident should I have needed their help with the removal as a result

Amazing service!! Great product would highly recommend 👍

The staff of this company are so helpful and I didn’t feel under any pressure by them when they arrived at my home and the end result is unrecognisable to how it started! They deserve 5 stars and more!

Fantastic experience with Sam and his very knowledgeable team. Don't panic, call KSUK! Before and after photos below.

Sam and Pete couldn’t have done enough for us in getting the knotweed under control. Would 100% use again if I had any more knotweed.

Sam has done an excellent job on the invasive knotweed over the past two years, with three more to go until eradication. He has always let me know when he is coming and then come when he said he would. Hoping for a successful end to the treatment, and to the weed. Thanks Sam.

We requested quotes for a Japenese Knotweed survey from a number of companies in relation to a house purchase. Whilst other companies simply quoted an amount for a survey, Pete responded to our specific needs in great detail and followed up with a phone call in which he advised against a survey. Instead he offered valuable (and free) advice which has helped us enormously.

Spoke to Sam, who was very knowledgeable about Japanese knotweed, and verified that thankfully we haven’t got it! Recommend.

Very efficient and reliable wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Thank you Sam for your valuable support today, confirming this is not Japanese knotsweeds

Both Sam and Pete are very personable and knowledgeable. They have provided me with the information, management plan and insurance that I needed to control the situation, very professional and reliable service.

I was looking for an answer about whether what was in our garden was knotweed. I called Sam and he advised to send photos, and Sam was quick to respond that it was not in fact knotweed. My mind was put at ease. Thanks so much!

I’m so grateful to Sam. We were days away from completing on our house sale when the buyer decided to report Japanese Knotweed in our garden. Sam was immensely helpful and responsive and within 24 hours we had confirmation that there was indeed no Japanese Knotweed and saved our sale falling through. Amazing service and very knowledgable. Thank you!

Honestly would not hesitate to recommend Pete and this company. I called today ( a Sunday!) Pete picked up and had all the time in the world for me. Answered all my questions on a property that we are considering buying and clearly had great in depth knowledge in this profession. If I ever needed them then I'd feel in safe hand with this company

Awesome company took the time out of his day to talk me through the procedures of dealing with knotweed and methods that could be used to prevent spread

Very pleased with treatment and service…Sam dealt with all behind the scenes paperwork and kept us in the loop throughout! Can recommend this company highly!!

I had a fantastic experience with Knotweed Specialists UK. Sam provided invaluable advice that made the process so much easier to understand. His knowledge and guidance gave me peace of mind about managing the knotweed problem on my property. The team was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I highly recommend them for their expertise, great customer service, and Sam’s genuinely helpful approach. Thank you!

I recommend these guys. I called and got to talk to a person (Pete) straight away and he gave me lots of information regarding Knotweed, and on the same Day I had a specialist (Sam) local to me come and survey the area I had a concern with.

Great service. Sam came out same day and was professional and very knowledgeable. He put our minds at rest over what we believed to be Japanese Knotweed. Highly recommended.

Excellent and extremely prompt advice from Sam. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted knotweed Specialist Uk for some advice as we are considering buying a property that has Japanese Knotweed. I spoke to Pete who was more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me some great pointers on what to ask the Estate agent and what to ensure was in place. Although I won’t be needing his services on this occasion I would not hesitate in the future. Thank you Pete for being so helpful and taking the time to advise me.

Excellent service provided by Sam, thorough communication and very helpful

Very friendly and professional. Took time to explain to me what the quote included and answer my questions.

I contacted Knotweed Specialists UK because a friend who is a keen gardener had spotted what she thought could be knotweed in my garden. Having used their online contact form the company got back to me promptly and asked me to email them some photos of the plant. Within 10 minutes they had phoned me back to say that luckily it was not knotweed. I offered to pay for the consultation, but they said that as they had not needed to visit the property the advice was free. While I have not needed their full services on this occasion, the friendly, professional and prompt customer service I received from the company felt worthy of a review.

We dealt with Sam who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us sound advice and made sure I understood everything. Couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with!

If I could give six stars I would !! Experts in their field, very knowledgeable. I was given advice not only on what was needed , but also , what wasn't !! Which resulted in them not taking my money, as in my situation, the work wasn't deemed necessary. A rare breed in the present climate. Thank you Sam for your help and honesty.
