Very professional, clean, great job, thank you 🤗

Great service from start to finish. Very friendly team who carried out the work quickly, Mark was very respectful being in the house and did a great job tanking the lounge, dining room and porch. And made sure the place was tidy at the end of each day! Would recommend.

Good company and great service

We had Michael round this morning for a survey on our on going damp issues. Micheal was very helpful and explained what he was looking for, causes and solutions

Did some great work for us eighteen months ago. Called them out for an external issue. Very quick and no quibble response. Clearly a company that cares about doing a good job. Would highly recommend!

Very quick turnaround on the Damp survey. Also fair quotations for remedial works.

Called for damp problem in bedroom, initial visit identified cause of problem ( damp course was no longer effective. ) Advice was given regarding tanking and a quote was given 3 days later. A date and time was given for work to be undertaken, however on the day the company found they had double booked which was unfortunate however they came the following day. Office member was polite and friendly on the telephone and we were pleased with the job done over 2 days and the manner in which the worker completed it. Overall very pleased with the service provided.

The service from phoning up to arrange a quote to treating an area of rising damp was dealt with efficiently and competently. Thanks to everyone, especially Mark.

I would highly recommend Gates Brothers. Very honest and open with what needs doing and managed to complete the works quickly and professionally.

Called them when I found damp. Quick response. Great advice and they were round the next week to repair. Really nice man - Mark - did a fabulous job of tanking a basement for me, despite numerous difficulties, always optimistic and solved all the problems without any fuss. Pleased with the result and service. Recommend.

I used Gates Brothers for a damp proof course raised by a property survey, I found the team very helpful, straight forward and professional. The work was completed to a good standard, repairs to the wall are good and my property was left very tidy - thanks for your help. Andy
