Heritage Damp Solutions Ltd

Brilliant service, we had previously used another company which had actually made the issues worse, we decided to go with HDS and they did a great job. They were really knowledgeable about older properties, don't overcharge and use limelite instead of traditional and less breathable plaster. Communication was great and Gregg and co were really friendly and helpful, I would deffo recommend!

Greg and the team did a great job with a damp problem in one of our bedrooms. Greg visited beforehand to give me a quote and explain what with would be completed. He and another colleague then returned at another date to complete the job. They were prompt, reliable and very professional. They did a brilliant job removing mould and installing an air brick and ventilation to the room. They also treated the walls and around the window area. I am really happy with the job they did and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

Fantastic service and a pleasure to deal with. High quality work. Very clean and tidy. Also very competitive priced. Highly recommend

Quoted within a day of calling. Work started 4 days later and completed the work in 2 days. House left clean, work completed promptly and to a great professional standard. All work explained clearly and communicated well. Could recommend more highly!

I've had a damp smell in 1 room in the house but no visibility of damp. There is a small old unused fireplace in the room and he advised there could be crap behind it that's fell down the chimney causing the smell. He removed it and capped off the chimney. He also advised he would come back to seal up the chimney - kept trying to arrange for him to swing by to seal it up but kept getting excuses and him not coming. WEEKS AND WEEKS PASSED BUT CONSTANT EXCUSES OR BEING BLANKED. I STILL have the damp smell in the room and had he have bothered to come back to seal it up, I may have called him to look at other solutions but seems he is not bothered about his customers so I would absolutely NOT use him again and NOT recommend him.

Gregg did an excellent job repairing my damp wall issue, was a great communicator and cleaned up all the mess afterwards, would highly recommend to family and friends.

Gregg was able to quickly address a rising damp issue I found 2 weeks ago and did an excellent job.

Gregg and his team were very professional and trustworthy. We were away whilst the work was done and they left the place tidy. They sent us lots of photos during the process to show us what was being done. A fabulous job at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Heritage Damp Solutions.

Friendly, prompt and efficient service. Good communication throughout with update photos and video. Clear explanation of aftercare. Highly highly recommend.

Really impressed with the work from Gregg and his team. Quick to respond the enquiry and worked around me to fit the job in quickly. Work was completed to a high standard. Thoroughly recommended!!

Gregg promptly responded to my query about damp in the living room. He came out quickly to assess and booked the work in really quickly. Throughout communication was excellent and Gregg talked me through all aspects of the job. He answered all of my questions and queries. Everywhere was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend Gregg and his team at Heritage Damp Solutions for a professional and efficient job. Thank you

Internal rising damp issue. Great lads. On time, carried out the works as described and tidied up afterwords. Brilliant.

Greg did a super job on the damp work in our garage extension. We had dpc injection on the brickwork and lime rendering and I do think they did an excellent job of blending in the finish.

Heritage Damp Solutions did a great job - left it clean and tidy and went out of their way to do a proper job. Would definitely recommend!

Gregg and his Team are professional throughout. I had an issue with rising damp and Gregg was fast to respond. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what and how they would carry out works. I would recommend without hesitation. A big thanks to Gregg and his Team.

Highly recommend. Friendly and professional service and competitive pricing. No sales push at point of quote and clear explanation of work being carried it during the day.

Had a rising damp issue in my first house I purchased. The wallpaper and plastering were coming away. I called Gregg, he responded very quickly and came over quoted. The job was complete within the week. The price was very reasonable and the job was carried out to a very high standard. He has excellent knowledge around damp issues and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to friends and family!

Great service from Gregg and his team who worked tirelessly to address the damp issues in my property and returned when required without quibble to help with any outstanding issues. Certainly recommend for provision of a quality and knowledgeable service

Was really helpful

We recently brought our first home and realised we needed some advice on damp marks downstairs. Heritage came out promptly and accessed the area. Quoted the work and implemented it the following week. All done and dusted within 3 days. Great services would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Gregg was extremely helpful and efficient. His work was completed to a high standard. He was very tidy and his quote was by far the most competitive.

Gregg and his team were very helpful and professional. They treated an internal wall with a damp treatment and I'm expecting Gregg to return in 4-6 weeks to reinstate the skirting board. I would recommend the company to my friends and family.

Gregg from Heritage Damp Solutions did a great job for us sorting out an area of rising damp in an old house. Professional, polite, perfect job and a great price, would definitely recommend 💯

Carried out damp proofing work in a timely manner and left everything spotless. Good communication throughout. Thank you

We had issues with damp patches in two rooms at the front of the house and Heritage was recommended to us. Gregg responded quickly to my enquiry and visited to give a quote. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered our questions. Luckily Gregg was able to offer a cancellation date at short notice and he and his colleague visited for 2 days to prepare and then treat the areas. It’s a messy job but they were very considerate, prepared the area for minimal disruption and cleaned up behind themselves, also arranging collection of all waste. When I later contacted him with a query Gregg returned to check the areas treated and answer my queries. Great service and customer care! Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend this company, Gregg came out on time to quote to sort a rising damp issue including removal and bricking up of an old gas fireplace. The price for the job was competitive and the work has been completed to a high standard. He was very professional throughout the process and therefore leaving a review to reassure others considering using this company.

Would recommend this company to anyone, I have had a phone call and was very helpfull to get to the bottom of the problem and doesn't they don't rip you off like soke companies. Keep up the good work 👍👍

Damp in dining room resulting in a little mould. Gregg came round and instantly knew what to do. Booked in, and work was carried out neatly and quickly. Also gave further advice on how to stop any further damp. Used a couple of times now and would recommend to anyone having damp issues in the surrounding Nottingham area.

Gregg performed a thorough assessment of the damp issues at my property and discussed with me the necessary remedial work required. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable about his trade. Once the work commenced he talked through each stage of the process with me checking that I was happy with the job at each stage. I would not hesitate to recommend Gregg and his team and will certainly engage them again in the future for any further work required.

Treated rising damp in ground floor rooms and installed air vents and treated mould. Would highly recommend

Greg doesn’t answer or turn up when he says not good

Gregg and his team were very professional and efficient. The job was done on time and overall we are very happy with the results! Thankyou!

Gregg and his team carried out a fantastic job sorting out my damp cellar to now a useable space that doesn't scare me anymore.

Came out to look out the woodworm infestation in our floorboards, gave a quote and was fumigating within a few days. Great service, thanks again Gregg

I used Heritage Damp Solutions for damp proofing on some internal walls. The team were very considerate, there as minimal distraction as the work was carried out over only 2 days. They left the house clean and tidied up once all work was done and also arranged for waste to be collected. They were really genuine and advised what work needed to be done. Great time keeping and efficient at their work.

Gregg kept us well informed and produced our survey and estimate in good time. He was very helpful with advice and information.

It is not only IT apps that should be considered "disruptive technology"; good and professional service in the Damp Industry should be as well. After getting an eyewatering quote for damp treatment from a known company, I called Gregg. He not only provided a reasonable quote; he also carried out the works on time and finished when he said he would. The property was left clean and tidy. I would recommend him any time. If you have damp or mould issues, give him a call and he will sort it out for you.

Work completed to a high standard for an excellent price. Great comms. Nothing was too much trouble and my home was left spotless. Highly recommend.

Needed some expert advice on a mould issue I couldn’t understand the cause of. I would just like to say thank you to HDS for your patience and assistance with my issue.

Did some work for my parents. Good courteous service.

The owner was very responsive to my concerns regarding my properties mould problem. He has sprayed everywhere with industrial mould spray, with a 10 year guarantee. Very happy so far 😊

Used Heritage to repair an ongoing damp problem. In my dining room. The company was very efficient and took great pride in their work...

I’m a landlady and been very stressed out regarding damp in my property. Greg came along, was very professional. Checked if I had any damp in the house, turns out it was actually a ventilation problem. Very thorough and knowledgable. I’ve been messed around by tradesman many times, but received the best service for Heritage Damp, Booked me in and arrived as promised. I would definitely recommend! :)

Friendly and knowledgeable but left a mess, dust from attic after woodworm treatment over the hatch and carpet. Check before they go.

I needed expert advice on a couple of damp issues in my home and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I had some damp proofing done and am also booked in for fitting air bricks and mould removal. Great company who do an excellent job at a good price.
