We instructed AMPM for a pre-purchase damp and timber survey on a property we were buying in Chesterfield. Steven carried out a thorough inspection, taking moisture readings throughout and checking the roof space in detail. Beyond the scope of the instruction, he also took the time to look into other significant issues flagged in our earlier homebuyer’s survey using a drone- purely out of goodwill - which gave us a much fuller picture than we expected. When I had follow-up questions, he was happy to jump on a call and talk through the findings and likely next steps in plain English, which I really appreciated given how stressful a house purchase can be. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when it mattered. Would use again.

I can confidently recommend AM PM Property Maintenace to my clients as they are local, reliable and Property Care Association registered. One of the most common defects I encounter on a building survey is rising or penetrating dampness. Steven’s accurate damp reports show my clients how to properly rectify damp issues and his drone flying skills are a sight to behold! 🛸🏋️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We engaged AMPM Property Maintenance Ltd., a Which? ‘Trusted Trader”, to do several jobs including a complete bathroom upgrade. Steven Avenier, company owner and his supporting team have completed the latter, refurbished our loft space and redecorated the lounge and dining area. Our new bathroom is exceptional - quality, looks and functionality. Steven’s personal involvement and close monitoring of the work was much appreciated and he was very easy to get along with, always involving us, listening to us and patiently and happily answering our questions. He’s a perfectionist and we’ve had no reservations in asking him to install a new kitchen.
