We requested JCA's help when purchasing an older property in the summer of 2021 when the housing market was very busy. JCA were able to undertake the RICS Level III survey we were after and their price for the work was very reasonable. They were also able to accommodate our survey much earlier than we had expected given the high demand for RICS-accredited surveyors at the time. The report was generally clear and divided into easy-to-navigate sections. We did get a little confused on first reading as we'd asked for an outbuilding to be surveyed and the report from this structure was included within the parent sections for the main house. This did give rise to a brief period of panic when we thought the house as suffering from roof-spread. This was our mis-reading, although not helped by the format of the report. The summary table at the front of the report was very useful at pointing us to key areas for further detailed reading. The communication from JCA throughout was superb - including when we had queries on the report. These were answered by our surveyor very speedily.
I recently engaged Jonathan Cornes Associates to conduct a full building and structural survey on a small farm in Staffordshire. The service was perfect from the first phone call through to the follow up with the engineer post report completion. The report was on time and I was able to spend time discussing the it in detail with the engineer. I was particularly impressed with the fact that the office kept me up to date on progress and that the whole experience was very human and friendly. I would recommend JCA without hesitation.

Fantastic response and quick turnaround, the Survey was completed in such detail and with such professionalism, When you are purchasing a property you have to have these done and it pays to have them done properly. I found the on the RICS web page and they did not disappoint
