Very happy to recommend ServiceMaster. We spilt red wine on our yellow brushed velvet sofa and arrived the following day with the cushion cover badly marked. After first testing the fabric they were able to reduce the stain to an acceptable level where it’s no longer obvious. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient and the price charged very reasonable.

Service Master employee arrived punctually. He brought all the necessary equipment and worked quickly and efficiently. When finished he reported to me, informing me what he had done and that the carpetting was very thin and probably wouldn't stand much pressure when being cleaned. He had the necessary paperwork or me to sign. I can recommend Service Master's srvices with no hesitation.

My 23 year old woollen green carpet badly needed a spring clean. Trevor from Service Master Clean did an amazing job. The dirt in the bucket was disgusting but after a thorough clean it looked almost like new. The photograph doesn’t do it justice but once it dried it looked amazing. Fabulous job carried out by a lovely, professional guy. 10/10.
I thought I needed a new carpet but thought I would try a deep clean first as it was expensive to buy 11 years ago. No words! It looks brand new!! I'm getting them back in for a couple of other rooms. Highly recommend.

Small bleach stains on brand new carpet which we were told could not be removed. Scott did an initial visit and took a sample of the carpet away to be experimented on, he returned with the results which we were impressed with and we agreed to have the work done. He returned with a solution to which he applied and left us a further two applications to self apply. The results have been excellent, the stains have virtually disappeared completely, we asked others to see if any stain could be found and no one was able to identify the area. Excellent job and no hesitation recommending them.

Excellent service from Scott. We had a severe damp ingress in our bedroom from a badly installed patio door (installed by a third party). After our builder blocked the source with a new damp proof course, we are now sorted, following a three week intense “tenting” process to dehumidify.

The whole process from start to finish was great. Organising it was made very easy and they accommodated the cleaning day request on a weekend to work around our busy office (they cleaned 2 level office/carpet space). Great job done, thanks for making it a seamless task from start to finish. Would rebook them again without hesitation.
Absolutely appauling level of cleaning performed by Servicemaster, this communal hallway was apparently fully cleaned a few hours by their team and it is filthy. Tried to speak to them on the phone to provide them with feedback and they said they couldnt discuss anything with me personally. Floor is filthy & mopped with the same dirty water that they cleaned 3 other blocks with, windows havent been cleaned, dirt and grime in every corner and area of the building. Members of the cleaning team are rude and dismissive, dont want to acknowledge their own poor standards Photos attached were taken within a couple of hours of the building being apparently cleaned and during school hours so no children had entered the building by this time

I wanted to get my carpets cleaned and had heard that servicemaster were good so i invited them in and quote me on my requirements, after agreeing the quote they promptly gave me a time and suitable date for cleaning, i honestly didn't move a thing they did it all, even wore shoe protectors. I dont normally do reviews but I'm absolutely blown away with my deep clean today, the whole house is gleaming completely dust free and smells so fresh and clean. Scott was so professional and organized everything. From the initial call to make enquiries about carpet cleaning services, subsequent booking of the carpet cleaning appointment and the final cleaning team that completed the clean, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and friendly. I booked them due to an end of tenancy rental agreement I had, and the landlord was happy with the result (which meant my deposit was returned, so I was happy too!). Would recommend ServiceMaster if you need your carpets cleaned professionally - they won't let you down!
