After getting high damp readings on my initial property survey, I called Terry after a recommendation from my brother. Within a few days he was at the property, did a thorough inspection and has been completely honest with his findings, not trying to upsell me. i will use Terry for all my damp work in the future, and highly recommend!

Terry and Jacob have done a great job of fixing an issue with condensation in my kitchen which involved replastering a small section of damaged wall. They also fixed some cracks and screw pops in my walls and ceilings at no extra charge and provided a helpful recommendation re. ventilation. They were friendly, knowledgeable and reliable and I appreciated their willingness to be flexible to accommodate my work.

Terry visited my home, told me he would come and do some damp proofing and plastering. Promised me he would be here on a certain date, emailed me a week before with the agreed quote then disappeared off the planet, not answering text messages, phone calls and was a no show on the day.

Terry had a look round a house pre-exchange. He was so knowledgable, honest and reassuring. Communication was easy and nothing was too much trouble. He has recommended other tradesmen too, which is a bonus.

Terry and Jacob were super helpful, really informative and finished the job in good time and very well. The price was also very good in comparison with other quotes. They were really pleasant to chat to and supportive with additional advice on things happening with our renovation. They were even willing to answer a question for a family member of mine regarding a minor damp issue. You can tell they have a lot of trade experience! Extra points on bringing Bruce the dog along too!! Would recommend! Thanks guys

I decided go local when I thought I had a damp problem. I did the right thing! Terry, who I’d never met before, came round promptly on the way to his first job. He told me that the issue in my cellar was not damp but just about air circulation. He recommended a firm that could supply a solution and went on his way. I’d like to call out his honesty and professionalism and absolutely recommend him to others. Thank you Terry!!!

Spoke to one of the guys on their work number. I could hear he was busy with work going on in the background. He took time out to have a really informative conversation with me even though he advised me he would not be able to undertake the job on for a little while as they were really busy for weeks. Arrived Saturday to quote small repair after plumber had to cut hole in ceiling to stop a leak. Job was coming completed by Sunday with finishing touches. No pressure to do more than needed.
