He visited the property on Friday and had the report sent over to us first thing Monday morning, which is frankly an astonishing turnaround. The report itself was clear and easily understandable, with recommendations for which areas to address and which areas would not need any immediate work. Being an independent firm they have no interest in recommending expensive damp treatments, because of this the recommendations were simple things like repointing and fixing rainwater goods.
