Friendly staff,showed me how to use the all of the sack trolley settings which made it easy to move loads of boxes in one go.
I hired a rotavator last week and the staff were really friendly and also very helpful throughout and the machine was well maintained and it was a fair price. I will certainly be returning for all my hire needs.

Never answered phone on a online order i made. I had to take up a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. I wouldnt bother.

I’ve used GEM tool hire for a while now and they always give a great and reliable service. Nice friendly team too. Most recently I called up at midday on Friday to hire a wacker and they managed to sort one for me for the weekend. I needed to drop it off first thing on Monday and they were there ready for drop off so I get get on my way ASAP. Highly recommended.

Really great service, friendly staff that were very helpful. The store is tucked away at the bottom of the estate. (prices are ex vat which I did not find out until after I brought back the items to pay for)
