A huge and heart felt thank you to Dennis at Billden dry cleaning services, Parkstone, Dorset for restoring my beautiful 21 yr old ivory silk wedding dress which had gone brown over the years. He did an amazing job bringing it back to its former glory. My dress was packed carefully with special tissue paper in a beautiful storage box and delivered to me. Amazing service. Great explanation. We had a wool duvet with blueberry stains . Wool is difficult to wash however they have done an amazing job. Will definitely comeback for more. Very polite staff, spot on with the timing and price super accessible. Thank you very much.

I cannot speak highly enough of BillDen. They provide an outstanding service. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality of their cleaning is excellent. I have been using them for a couple of years now a great place to take any specialist items like my cashmere jumpers that I buy on Vinted. It’s a pleasure to go into the shop where they are always courteous and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I did not have a good experience. I sent new bedding that had been unpacked that day, to be washed and pressed. 9 King Duvet covers and 20 Pillow cases. When returned 4 of the duvet covers and 1 pillow case had stains on them. When I called to find out what had happened, I was told that the bedding was stained when they received it. This was clearly not the case and I was accused of being a liar.
I've just been to collect my Daughters wedding dress,I thought it was beyond cleaning after her wedding day the bottom was black and very dirty as it rained on her day it also had red wine and drink stains as well as tomato soup stain in breast area. Well I was blown away when he bought it out absolutely fantastic job looked like new and would highly recommend them if you wanted your wedding dress cleaned. Thank you 😊

Lost my husband and asked them if they could do same day service for me if our bedding early in the morning. Got told yes they could collect and do it. Never picked up till late in the day phoned next day (Friday) only to be told would not get it back till the Monday. As they broke there promise went and collected it then took it to Bubbles who had it ready for me by 4 pm even though they didn’t get it till later morning.

These guys are amazing! Nothing is too big or small and the price is very reasonable. I have everything laundered by them but the care they went to when they cleaned my wedding dress was next level and it looked brand new.
We had a wedding dress, reception dress and wedding suit dry cleaned at BillDen, Dennis and the team we're all brilliant, the two dresses in particular had lots of marks on them and they got them back to being spotless. Would highly recommend.
They have no respect for the property they visit. He parked in the hedges and over the grass.
My wedding dress was a mess from our treehouse wedding in the Forrest, mud & drinks! It has such delicate lace and gem details, with all that they got it spotless, it looked like new! We are professional Carpet & Upholstery cleaners ourselves, so we know how difficult this must have been! Respect! You pay for what you get, it's not the cheapest but worth every penny!!
I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned after my wedding day. It came up so well after having a great deal of steam train soot and coal that caked the dress! It was boxed at collection very carefully, I would definitely recommend their services!

I took my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned after my big day. I had gotten all sorts on it grass, mud, I think the stain across the front was ?oil?. After 2 weeks I got a call that it was ready. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW! it’s so white and clean! So amazed and well worth the price! Highly recommend for any items needing dry cleaned.

We've just collected our curtains which were left in a dire state by the tenants. They look brand new😃😃 Dennis is a great businessman. He is friendly, personable and professional. He keeps his promises and so doesn't promise things he can't deliver. The shop was full of customers coming and leaving. This is of course always a good sign.
Turned up at 12:20pm on a Saturday. It was closed. Said was meant to be open until 12:30pm online. Waste of time.
