Has this place recently changed hands? Considering there are multiple dry cleaners in Highams Park, I was hugely disappointed by the service, not having items ready when they said they would be.
Friendly team but unfortunately terrible work. Went to get some trousers hemmed but they used bright green thread on burgundy trousers. It was strange that I had to point that out to them. They repaired it but didn’t remove the green just added to it!
I just had my first dry cleaning experience with them and I'm very happy with the service I received. They cleaned my coat exactly how I expected it and their prices are very reasonable. Overall, an honest and a friendly business, highly recommend it!
