This time round I was there for key cutting, I took back one of the keys a couple of times before it worked properly, to be fair, to the untrained eye it was undetectable. The young lady in there sorted it out, without complaint and on the second time, said if it didn't work next time, she cut another one free of charge. I've been there previously for clothes pressing and dry cleaning, and spoken with the gentleman in there (her Dad). They are both friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place.
Affordable but the stitching is crooked after an alteration. I expect sleeve stitches to be straight and the same distance from the end. It looks like somebody without experience did the job.

My daughters dress was taken up on hem and straps. They delivered a quick turnaround and was so helpful. Would definitely use again
Really disappointed. I went there to get my dress altered and a rip near the zip fixed and they only altered the length and did not fix the rip. I then went back for them to repair the rip and when I got it back it still was loose with thread hanging out. I ended up doing it myself as needed the dress for a wedding so was out of options and time. Will not use again.
Five Star Dry Cleaners really do deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they have replaced and repaired two zips for me . They did them both the same day as my daughter wanted to wear the trousers... ... excellent job.
