ScouseCleanQueen

Absolutely amazing service! ScouseCleanQueen did a fantastic job—my home has never looked this clean. Super professional and friendly!

I contacted this company for a quote and was willing to proceed, including covering additional costs such as parking. I simply asked for a clarification, and the response I received was: “lol how is it my fault 😂 use a different company then”. I found this quite unprofessional and dismissive. As a customer, I expect clear and respectful communication, especially when asking a reasonable question. Because of this, I decided to go with another company.

Excellent job by Laura of an end of tenancy clean. The results were fantastic and way better than I was expecting, particularly of the oven!!

Laura and her team done an amazing job at my house Everything was sparkling and looked brand new Would highly recommend Thank you so much Laura

Laura and her team has been fabulous in their service. Top notch cleaning service.

Laura and the team really are the Scouse Clean Queens! I contacted them after moving into a new house in Lydiate and being extremely disappointed with how it was left by the previous owners.... To say it was left minging by the previous owners is an understatement!!! Despite it being on the weekend when I contacted them and needing a service ASAP before receiving new furniture, Laura attended the property on Sunday (out of hours and in her own time) to assess what needed doing, then managed to put a team together to undertake the work the next day. This was all done at extremely short notice. The job was extensive due to the state at which the property had been left. Laura and the team absolutely grafted for the 5 hours it took to clean the property and the end result was absolutely amazing! All the girls who worked on my property were professional and extremely hardworking and I would 100% recommend the Scouse Clean Queens for any cleaning requirements that you may have. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing professional service would widely recommend this company. Exceptional deep clean with fair prices xx

Great in depth deep clean, really happy with the ladies and the finish!

I would highly recommend Laura and her lovely team Laura gave my home a deep clean and am absolutely made up with it's absolutely spotless couldn't ask for a better cleaner than our lil queen thankyou so much see you next week xxx

I’ve been using Laura’s cleaning services for the past 4 years in a building with 30 student accommodation rooms, and she has been nothing short of exceptional. She handles all of our deep cleans and consistently delivers work that is reliable, thorough, and simply amazing. Each property I have invested in throughout the 4 years Laura has covered for me, whether that be an after build deep clean or an end of tenancy, she handles everything! Laura was our third cleaning company, and the difference was clear from the start. She has an incredible eye for detail, something that was seriously lacking with our previous cleaners. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always goes above and beyond to keep the place spotless. I would recommend Laura to anyone and everyone looking for a cleaner who truly cares about the quality of their work. She’s outstanding.

Amazing cleaning company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I’ve used ScouseCleanQueen a few times now, and they’ve been fantastic every single visit. The team is professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough — they don’t miss a single detail. My home always feels spotless and fresh afterward, and it’s clear they take real pride in their work. Communication and booking are super easy too, which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for reliable cleaners who go above and beyond, I highly recommend ScouseCleanQueen

Oh my life, I came home to a different home - a beautiful clean one. Laura and her team have done a wonderful job especially given how bad I had let it get. Communication was great and they managed to fit me in quite quickly for a four hour deep clean. I hope to continue with monthly visits to help me stay on top of it and thanks Laura for not making me feel ashamed. I would highly recommend these lovelies.

Scouse queen clean are the one!!! Can’t fault Carla she always goes above an beyond and never fails to put a smile on everyone’s face. Thank you for being a wonderful company that cares!

We use ScouseCleanQueen for our business cleans and they are amazing! Carla cleans for us and does a wonderful job every time. Would highly recommend!!!!!

If you're thinking of having cleaners in your home or office, look no further than ScouseCleanQueen. They are truly marvellous! Your home/office will sparkle like never before! Very impressive indeed!

I can’t even begin to describe how brilliant Laura and her team are. I suffer with ADHD and mobility issues and she is so kind and her work is always to the highest standard. No matter where I move to I would pay more for her to take care of my home where I can’t. There is no better option both with price and quality. THE scouse clean QUEEN!!!!!

Having never used a service like this before we booked based on the reviews we read online We booked a deep clean and oven clean with Laura and her team. On the day Laura and one of her team members spent a total of 4 hours cleaning our house. The results were outstanding, they had not missed a thing and the house felt so fresh. We were so impressed that we will now be arranging a regular booking with the scouse clean queen.😁

Laura (and Carla!) did an amazing job on my end of tenancy clean. They left the flat spotless and are genuinely lovely people. Punctual and well priced, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again or recommend to others. Thank you!

Based off other positive reviews, we booked Laura for an end of tenancy clean, and she and her team did not disappoint! Appliances looked like brand new, bathrooms were sparkling - they did a really thorough job throughout the house. Would recommend to others. And a fair price too!

Quick, efficient, and detailed cleaning services.

First clean with Laura and team and they’ve been great even working around us, working from home. Very friendly. Really pleased with all that they’ve done - will be rebooking for regular cleans. Recommend. Thank you.

Laura and Allen did a fantastic job! They were very professional and friendly. I'd highly recomend would definitely book again.

I had an end of tenancy clean completed by the team - an excellent job done, efficiently too. Happy to highly recommend their services.

Absolutely fantastic company. Lyn who comes to clean is so lovely and friendly and does such an amazing job.

I'm so glad I found this company on Instagram. I messaged Laura and she came to visit and see what I wanted doing. We agreed a price, time and date. I had mentioned I was thinking if buying a new cooker and Laura told me she would clean it and it would look like new. That's exactly what she did. I was amazed. They did a deep clean of the kitchen so i could decorate. They left it looking brand new. I'm really pleased and would highly recommend the Scouse Clean Queen.

Laura and the team were amazing, and done an amazing job. Would Recommend.

I recently had my oven deep cleaned by ScouseCleanQueen and was genuinely amazed by the transformation. The service was outstanding. My oven, which had built-up grease and grime, was restored to a near showroom condition. I recommend ScouseCleanQueen to everyone – you won’t be disappointed🙂

Laura and her team were absolutely brilliant doing a deep clean for us. I didn’t know what to expect but from the minute she arrived, she put me at ease and took over. The house has never looked so good. I now have one of the team (shout out to fab Sally) who cleans each week and she’s a godsend! Wish I’d have done it years ago.

I recently hired Scouse Clean Queen for an end of tenancy clean, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very start, Laura, the owner, was incredibly professional and accommodating. She was punctual and arrived right on time, which made the whole process so much easier. The level of detail in the cleaning was phenomenal, every nook and cranny was spotless! It's evident that Laura and her team take great pride in their work. They went above and beyond to ensure that the property was in perfect condition for my move-out. I highly recommend Scouse Clean Queen to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and friendly cleaning services in Liverpool. Thank you, Laura, for making this transition smoother with your exceptional service!

Amazing service from Laura and Tina. Always nice to come home from work to a lovely clean house.

Laura and her team done an amazing job, would highly recommend. Felt like a new house!

This was my first time booking, and won’t be the last! Our house was sorely in need of a deep clean. Laura offered an extremely reasonable price, and has left it cleaner than when we moved in! You will not regret booking.

Absolutely amazing service! My house feels bigger, everywhere is sparkling clean, I couldn’t be happier. Add to that the communication, ease of booking, and just general customer care is top notch. Thank you so much Laura, for your incredible hard work & service!

Couldn’t praise this small independent business enough. Excellent communication from start to finish. Laura was exactly where she was supposed to be on the right date and time and was very flexible with my constantly changing plans (moving to Scotland). Laura cleaned my two bedroom apartment with two en-suites and from the new Tenants “it’s like it’s never been lived in” Thank you for being fabulous. If you’re ever in doubt I would recommend this company. And even more so to any military in the area that are marching out of their quarters.

Brilliant service and communication. So happy with the fab job Laura has done again. Would highly recommend xx

Laura and her team did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. Super speedy as well!! They did it in a quarter of the time I could have. Not to mention they were the nicest people ever! Already have my next clean booked in. Thanks ladies!

Laura and her team carried out 10x end of tenancy cleans for my 6/7 bed student HMOs. The houses were left sparkling clean. Will be using Laura again. 100% recommend!!

Laura provide a first class service. She turned a run down kitchen into a spotless one. It's literally like having a new kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the work she carried out. She was very personable and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks again for your excellent work.

Would highly recommend. Completely exceeded my expectations. Due to working many hours was overwhelmed with keeping up with the housework and took the plunge and called S Ouse Clean Queen after a recommendation from my friend. Came home from a grueling shift to a clean and organised house. The pressure this has taken off me trying to work and maintain a family home is immense. Great Value for money 👍👍👍

Laura cleaned a cooker for me that had been left an absolute mess by the previous owner, it has come up practically like new. Outstanding service and communication. Thank you

Absolutely thrilled with the outcome! My oven look better than ever, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this company for all your house cleaning needs! Thank you so much Laura you have the best cleaning services in Merseyside 👍🏻

Laura and her team are amazing! They are so kind and friendly, and are flexible to suit your needs! Peggy is always on time and very efficient! Would highly recommend them to all!

Booked in for a deep clean of my house and I am very satisfied with the results. House is very clean from top to bottom. I will definitely be looking to book in regular cleans going forward, would recommend!

The girls deep cleaned my kitchen today and completely transformed it. I've been poorly in hospital and struggled to get on top of it when I came home. They were absolutely lovely, non judgemental and made the place look like new. Highly recommended.

Laura and her team are 1st class. Excellent deep clean of kitchen and bathroom. Will be using again for further cleaning in other areas of the house.

Really delighted with the work Abbie has done in our home, everywhere is gleaming after she’s been, even the kids notice the difference and they don’t notice much!! Excellent customer service from Laura as well, nothings too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. Laura & co did an amazing work , in our home that had been having work done on it, there attention to detail, is 100%, I can honesty say, from my yrs going back, working as a supervisor in both Aintree hospital . & Sainsbury’s, for the quality control health & safety of cleanliness on wards: food prep areas, there standards are on par, laura is profession in her approach & customer service skills are on same level as there work ethic, I highly recommend this service to anyone, and now that I have found will continue to use , and am very grateful to laura & her assistant for making our home welcoming for our return after 6 months, You will not be disappointed with the service provided ❤️❤️❤️

My house is gleaming, like a show home. Chloe was very professional. I'd highly recommended and will be booking again in the future x

ScouseCleanQueen were very responsive and upfront. Showed up to inspect a difficult deep clean job and quoted quickly. Worked late hours to get the job done in time, and absolutely no hanging around, including carpet shampoo. Worked very hard and fast and did a great job. Literally performed miracles. Can’t recommend Laura highly enough, she is so friendly, professional and always goes above and beyond. I trust her with a key and book a standard clean of my house once a fortnight, after her first couple of visits I was amazed to find the bed had been changed, the washing had been done and the dishes put away, along with the place being spotless and smelling amazing! Totally unexpected but nothing is too much trouble, Laura is happy to help in any way she can.

As a business owner and a busy Liverpool mum, Laura is my saving grace. I use her services weekly which include but are not limited to a home clean, deep clean and oven clean. We couldn’t be happier with how thoroughly she cleans for us. She is so friendly and I love that I can go out and run errands and work, when I come home Laura has cleaned our home to perfection and the fact it smells absolutely gorgeous when she is done is an added bonus. For anyone who just doesn’t have the time to clean please do not hesitate to call Laura, I highly recommend her cleaning services. - Thank you Laura for making my life so much easier.
