We use Dale and his team at my work place for end / start of tenancy cleans, we have never had an issue with any of the cleans that they have completed for our clients at Boydens. They are always helpful and attend even without not much notice at time! Thanks for all yours and your teams hard work!

Dale was spontaneous and fitted in an urgent requirement to clean our home before new tenants moved in, his team did an exceptional job deep cleaning all the essential areas and we could see a huge difference. Definitely recommend Busy bees for end of tenancy.
I cannot recommend Del and his team highly enough! After another cleaning company failed to show up despite taking full payment, I was left in a stressful situation with a very dirty property at the end of the tenancy. Del and his cleaning team truly saved the day. They stepped in at the last minute and did an absolutely amazing job. The property was in a terrible state, but they worked tirelessly to ensure it was spotless, exceeding all expectations. I’m so pleased with the results and will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of a reliable, professional cleaning service!
Very disappointing, after booking the appointment a week ago. I was waiting patiently on the day for the person to arrive. At 09:20 no one showed up. On ringing the number on the website the person answered saying I have no idea what you talking about. I’ll need to call someone else. He then said very unlikely we will make your appointment today. We very busy and have alot of students that need cleans done. This is shocking and unprofessional. Why would you make someone wait in for you when you had absolutely no intention of attending. Poor service and shocking attitude.

At Promovan.co.uk we have catering trucks, one of which is going out for a 6 month contract in London. The Client The BBQ Dept needed the vehicle wrapped at their favourite branding facility. This is in Colchester and we needed a complete catering clean carrying out on the vehicle once that work had been carried out. We used Google and found Mrs Busy Bees who immediately understood our requirements and knew the area where the vehicle was being wrapped. They arrived and totally changed the appearance from a used catering van in need of a deep clean to one which we are proud to deliver to the customer to serve beautiful clean food from for the next six months. Thank you again, fantastic work.
This company was called by our agency for an end of tenancy clean because our previous tenants left it in a generally filthy state. When we visited after they came, 90% of it was still filthy. Part of the bill was for the carpet which had not been touched. We complained to the agent with photos who got them back for a second time at no extra charge, and this time they did the hard floor and carpet. They still ignored the stains on the walls and doors, mould in between the bathroom tiles, and kitchen sink. We finished it ourselves. When we pay a bill for a cleaning job, we expect the whole place to look like it's been cleaned. Oh and they stole the roll of bin sacks I had just bought. Very disappointed. Thankfully this bill was going to the tenant.
Called these chaps to do a last minute end of tenancy clean when we ran out of time, and it was expertly done, finished thoroughly and professionally within three days. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Enquired for a deep clean of a 5 bed 3 bath house including deep bathroom clean, the guy on the phone was very rude and just refused the job.. don’t think he thought it was worthwhile as he said he’s only taking on end of tenancy jobs. Didnt even let me explain what I needed and he cut the call. Very poor customer service
I cannot recommend Mrs Busy Bees enough, Jayne was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. After a two-hour deep clean on my ensuite bathroom at a reasonable price, it looked brand new. Thanks!

We moved from a four bedroom house where we had lived for nine years, and Dale did out end of tenancy cleaning. We are very impressed with the house clean, the oven looked as good as new, the walls had been cleaned, bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate. They are friendly to deal with and we highly recommend their service.
Dale came out to view my flat and gave a good quote. The cleaning service was great, my landlord was satisfied. I recommend this service and would use it again.

Booked a carpet clean via their website but nobody arrived. No other contact received from them either after my booking confirmation. Disappointing
Phoned to get a quote, seems too busy to even talk. At least they could put on their website that they are not taking any new customers, that way we don’t need to waste our time phoning them

Due to my mum being in hospital I got the house cleared out and used this company to clean the house, there was so much dust everywhere which was removed and there was a stain in one of the carpets which they managed to remove so very impressed. The house looks just as new. If you’re ever looking for someone to do a brilliant job hire this company. Everyone was really nice and helpful and he made such a difference. I can’t thank you enough

We used Mrs Busy Bees for our march-out (end of tenancy) cleaning. Booking was easy, cleaners arrived on time, had great attitudes, and provided a high quality service. We breezed through the landlord inspection and were told we were the nicest house so far that week. Highly recommend if you want to take the stress out of moving house.

Jayne came to clean our oven last week as it was disgusting and stunk of meat from use by the previous owners, I don’t think it had ever been cleaned! Was very pleased with the clean, sparkle and the lack of smell afterwards. The next day I had an issue with kitchen sockets shorting out when the oven was switched on, Jayne offered to buy a new element and fit it to rectify the problem, it was fitted today and is working now perfectly. Jayne is a very pleasant and hardworking person and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mrs Busy Bees to anyone.

Have been using Mrs Busy Bees for the last 4 years to complete over 1000 end of tenancy cleans. This company goes above and beyond what would be expected to include changing light bulbs, making minor repairs, resealing around baths, sinks etc, could not fault them at all. I have many instances where both Jayne and her partner have helped out in almost impossible scenarios and they have made things right. This company cannot ever be at fault because like many cleaning companies, where there is a slight fault they are right back out there to rectify it. It's just a shame there are opportunitists out there ready to slander and write false reviews because they haven't got the money to pay for their services. By means of writing bad reviews in order to get a "free" clean is a form of coercion and they should be ashamed of themselves. This company has been employed many times and due to their attention to detail has; in fact, returned many tenants deposits untouched. This is why I always recommend them.
👉Be aware of this business Mrs Busy Bees👈 Few weeks ago I was looking for a cleaner - professional business to help me clean 4- bed house End of Tenancy. Got few quotes, received references and at the end decided for this company above as they offered what I needed to be done and the price included cleaning the oven and carpets as well. Booked this, woman "the owner" of the company said she would need 2 days to clean the house which was fine with me. Met her at the booked day - on time, Im not judging people, but wasnt impressed at first, no uniform and nothing to demonstrate that she is a bonefied company. Well nothing like that but thought lets just give it a chance. After 20 min her talking who she cleaned for (some famous people from 70s - which I had no clue who is she talking about) and how amazing she is and how spottles she cleans, I left her. She said she will try to do it today...and she did in 7 hrs for £250 + £20 tip...hmm ok got there just after 5pm - so was dark, checked the property looked ok, she was saying how amazing everything is now. Paid her, gave her a tip and she left...well following morning I went there to double check in a day light. Her and her colleague had missed so much stuff which I was unable to see night before...lamp shades not touched, toilets, bathrooms still dirty, dusty, front doors not cleaned, they spilled coffee on the carpet not cleaned it...we had kitchen freshly painted and they managed to spill something on the wall near the switch and list go on and on....As you can imagine I was not happy at all. So messaged her and she said she was willing to return on Friday at 4pm. This however was not possible as the property was handed back to the letting agent at 10 am friday... She admitted it was her fault she didnt check the work of her colleague. Well not good to me if you book someone for 2 days and they rush the job take money and get off. I said I want a refund as I had to finish it by myself - she said she need to speak to her partner. Offered £30 refund!!! She was not willing to negotiate and after that she blocked me. Having been blocked and with no other way of contacting this company I accessed companies house information on this business using the company number provided on the receipt supplied. To my amazement companies house showed that this company was disolved in 2016. Clearly something is wrong here with this company continuing to trade having been disolved several years ago. This post is for information only and I have turned the comments off. It is not my intention to bad mouth individuals or companies but I do feel that is right that people be made aware that this company is stil operating in a way which would appear to be disshonest. For me fortunately I was able to complete the cleaning of this house myself. However others may not be so lucky. The purpose of my post is to asked people to thoroughly satisfy yourself that a company is above board before alowing them uncompanied access. I would not want others to be caught out by this rougue business. EDIT AFTER YOUR REPLY I havent changed 2 days to just 1! Noone explained to me your disolved company, I wasnt rude to anyone...but anyway I will still pass this further as you as a business blocking customer is not on, because you cant take feedback when quite few things were not right. Dont bring to this conversation I dont work...I have a succesfull business and customers are my priority! I can prove with photos what mess you left out and also mess outside of the house where your people chucked all the carpet cleaning stuff on a grass.
Had steve attend today to carry out an oven clean ready for christmas. Was so professional and easy to get on with, he was abit of a perfectionist and has only just left having made my cooker look like new. Extremely happy with his level and quality of work. Many thanks
Had Jane out today to clean our oven, which hadn't been cleaned since first bought 5 years ago. She arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 3 hours to clean our oven, hob and cooker hood. It is now absolutely spotless and looks brand new. Jane was professional, friendly, very hard working and worked in a covid secure manner All in all, I am very impressed with Jane and the company and would recommend them to everyone

This is the third year that we have used Mrs Busy Bee‘s for end of tenancy cleaning. They have always been very good but this year they surpassed themselves with excellent attention to detail. Not only was the house very clean but they left it very neat and attractively arranged.

Booked a deep clean of my house and four carpets a month in advance. On the day of my clean I rung them to find out what time they would be there to be told by the guy on the phone that he couldn’t get hold of the team. Waited in all day and no one showed up. Would have been £200 worth of cleaning and I didn’t even get a courtesy call to say they couldn’t make it. Avoid if you want someone reliable.
Mrs Busy Bees Cleaning is a misnomer of the highest order. While it would be churlish to begrudge the fact that my allotted cleaner was a Mr and not a Mrs, his failure to be busy at any point was materially disappointing. I didn’t expect a bee. For £15 an hour one expects more than a geriatric chain-smoker who is unable to work efficiently or, indeed, methodically. Perhaps it wouldn’t be so bad were it not for his oft repeated claim that he was a perfectionist; a putative excuse for slowness. I would not recommend.
Unhappy customer, just had my oven cleaning cancellation this morning without rearranging or calling me back as promised.Very unprofessional, will not be using in the future.
Jane did an amazing job on my oven and hob. Really thought I would have to buy a new hob but it's come up shining like new. Really happy and will use them again next time. I definitely will recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely blown away with our oven. We moved into our new rented home and oven was abysmal the smell emanating from it when we had our first meal there was grim. The kitchen filled with old grease and oven smoked. So I called for help, neither me or my husband could stomach it after the move we found Jayne busy bees. She got to work and the results blew us away. We had a new oven!!! It works like a dream smells like nothing neutral. Just wonderfully clean. Totally recomend 5 stars. Thanks.
Tom and Brook are the most amazing cleaners. Very thorough and obviously care about their environment and customer expectations. Carpet clean was very good, but I feel it was rushed, as after it had dried, I had to spot treat several areas myself - not ideal, but for the price, I am extremely happy.

Jane cleaned our range cooker today on a property that we have just bought , she arrived at 3 o’clock on a Saturday and left at 10 o’clock this evening. Jane is a grafter, no complaints here. Booked online for an oven cleaning service. On the day due, no-one turned up, half hour after my booked appointment time I rang them, to be told they had a lot of jobs that day, and they would get back to me, and they never bothered. That’s what they seem to think of the customer, and pre-booked appointments!
We used this company to clean one of our student houses. Awfull clean, when we requested them to come back the lady (Jayne Tingay) sent her partner/husband to speak to us who didnt have any reason why we had such a bad clean or offer any solution. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
I would have left 0 stars if I could. Booked them for a complete deep clean of my house, they didn't turn up, didn't respond to our calls, nothing! Unreliable and unprofessional, don't use.
