Heaven Scent Colchester

I highly recommend this cleaning company. I've had a few companies before, but this one is a keeper. All the ladies are very pleasant and thorough. They listened to my needs and are very flexible with my requests. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Heaven Scent.

Heaven Scent charges more than most cleaners we have had but we felt happy paying this because Aileen did a full assessment of what we wanted cleaned and it felt very organised and fuss free. Aileen told us that we would need double hours the first clean and that would get them on track for their method. We did that but as time went on we noticed that certain things weren't cleaned. Some spots weren't cleaned at all at any time. They also broke a mug and didn't tell us about it. We wouldn't have minded but we did mind the dishonesty. I tried to communicate with Aileen and even do a check list to help but when the cleaners next came, one of them was clearly not happy with me. This is unfair as I had not changed the requirements since I first saw Aileen. The cleaners had a set time to come but usually didn't keep exactly to that. Which was fine most of the time but one day we had an appointment slightly before and they got there 20 mins early. My husband rushed back, still way before the scheduled time, only to find they had gone. After this we cancelled their services but we didn't get an acknowledgement or apology from Aileen. It may be that we just got unlucky with our particular cleaners but it's so difficult to find someone reliable and I rely a lot on reviews myself so I thought I had better leave one.
