We used this company twice. We were so pleased with our experience during our move that we didn't hesitate to call on them again for our new home. Marcus and his team (Bemba and Denis) cleaned our house from top to bottom. We couldn't have done better ourselves. They were quick, efficient, and always in good spirits. Both the first team (Suleiman, Bemba & Marcus) and the second (Gina, TK & Turi) were extremely professional and hard-working, and did a very thorough job. Communication with the team was excellent throughout, and everybody was very friendly and accommodating. A great service!

Marcus and Bemba did a great job deep cleaning our house, all the surfaces and appliances were sparkling and they really paid attention to specific areas we wanted doing, giving the rugs and carpets a clean. Definitely would use again!

They gave a competitive quote and most importantly, a brilliantly thorough clean of my (let) property... Also worth noting that they turned up on time, with a great team, that were easy to communicate with, went over and above where possible and stayed to show me around and inspect when complete. Fatu and Salimatou were very kind and friendly and went above and beyond to do an end-of-tenancy clean of my flat. When I first moved in, the oven was so dirty I thought it was unsalvageable but Fatu and Salimatou left it sparkling, as they did the bathroom and floors as well. Both were very happy to reclean anything that remained dirty after their initial clean. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone in future.

Genuinely such a fantastic service (I had an end of rental clean done in our rented 2 bed flat). CLEANING - this was done to a high standard. I requested nothing additional, but the quality Ben was cleaned spotless as was the fridge and stains were lifted from upholstery. The two cleaners spent 4.5 hours cleaning our 2 bed flat, and it was as good as new went they left! So worth the money SERVICE - the two people who came to clean were so lovely and friendly. They brought their own food and drinks (and disposed of they own mess) and their own cleaning equipment. They were nice and respectful of being in someone’s home. Also, the person who arranged the visit was quick to respond and so flexible (I needed to change the date with a few days notice, and they got it sorted for me with no added charge). PRICING - all the pricing is upfront on the website. I got quotes from several other companies where the price list online showed them as cheaper - but with loads of hidden fees (VAT, added charge for having carpets, added charge for having windows etc) - one quote rose from the online stated £135 to over £300. This company are honest with their pricing, everything is included, and it is cheaper than anywhere else. I have had end of rental cleans done before, but never has it been to this standard and with so much time given to it. I so recommend this service to anyone in Bristol needed a house clean, especially end of rental clean.

I booked this company for an end-of-tenancy clean. During the process, a cleaner damaged a wall socket. At first, she tried to avoid responsibility, claiming she only noticed the damage after moving the sofa. Splashernet Services said the cleaner would take responsibility — but two weeks later, nothing had been done. When I followed up, the cleaner even told me not to contact her, and to speak to Splashernet instead. They just kept passing the buck and never resolved the issue. The entire experience showed a clear attempt to avoid responsibility and cut costs. If you don’t want to waste time chasing people who refuse to fix their own mistakes, hire a cleaning service that’s actually accountable.

Booked at very short noticed to deep clean our 1 bedroom terrace house. Was most impressed by how easy to get a quote and accept the booking straight away by email. Fatu and Reena arrived on time and worked very hard and the property was in sparkling condition at the end. We did need to spend a good 45 minutes checking and going over things that were missed. Not getting 5 stars as our kitchen cupboard carpet got soaking wet after the ceramic tiles were mopped in the kitchen. My husband had to finish mopping the water with some dry cloths. Despite this we will Splashernet services again.

Gina and Glorius did an amazing job deep cleaning the flat for end of tenancy! It’s a 1-bed flat, it took them about 6-7 hours from start to end. They turned everything back to new, especially the oven, cooker hood and hob. Fridge freezer is immaculate. Floors, windows, mirrors, carpet, even under and behind the washing machine. Having searched the internet, I was looking for a last minute cleaning company, to do an end of tenancy. Maury was the only one to call back straight away and give me a detailed overview of the service etc. He advised he could get be in, within one week which was great and this was needed ASAP. I have to be honest, all the reviews of Splasher net were great and the only thing I was a little dubious and (I hope you don't mind me writing this), was the fact that we had to pay up front, the whole amount. Maury explained the reason for this but never using the company before, there is always a little doubt due to the scams that happen these days. I could see nothing in the reviews about this, hence why I am writing so others can be assured. I did transfer 24hrs before, as requested to secure the job and they did arrive and did an excellent job. Peter, Chloe, Jenny, Michelle, Claire. They arrived on time and finished within the time slot. Would highly recommend. Thanks Maury and team :-)

They spent 9 hours in my flat to do the cleaning. They did the job in every corner, and every tuff places with a very high standard. When I pointed out some places that I want the improvement, they didn’t argue but instead did the improvement immediately. AVOID! Very unhappy customer. Poor and insulting service. Specifically from a staff member named Maury who went behind our backs and lied to our landlord, mischaracterising us as bad tenants in order to avoid liability for damaging the property during the cleaning process. All the while speaking pleasantly to me and assuring us things would be taken care of. Unfortunately, I'm sure the cleaning staff themselves are good at their jobs and don't deserve this review. Avoid like the plague and find a company that care about their customers instead.

I asked for a deep clean before moving into a flat. Peter and Bemba did an excellent job. Attention to detail was really good, all corners and crevices cleaned and nice shiny surfaces and windows. They did a really good job on the cooker and microwave. Really very pleased with the end result.

Could not be happier we chose to go with Splashernet. Marie and Djenaboul left our flat SPOTLESS after an end of tenancy clean. The two of them were so thorough, patient and hard working. The oven and fridge clean were so good that the appliances looked brand new once Marie was done. The attention to detail was also incredible: cleaning inside and on top of lights, cleaning wall and door panelling and the corners of every ceiling. The bathroom had begun to develop some black mould and due to its tiling design it was becoming quite difficult to clean - or so I thought! Djenaboul left the bathroom sparkling and you would never have known. I cannot thank the two of them enough, nor recommend this team any higher.

It was all booked very efficiently by Roxy, then re-booked to accommodate my delays really efficiently. On the day, Natalia and Nadir arrived promptly and we discussed everything that needed doing. I ordered the guys for deep cleaning as only just moved in here with my boyfriend who’s place was a total mess! They cleaned everything I asked them to and the job wasn’t easy as they had to remove the kitchen cupboard content then put it back etc, and there were boxes everywhere so well done. Splashernet sent two lovely people to clean my new Barbershop, which was an empty unit at the beginning. It was previously a butcher shop and was very filthy. There was alot of blood stains and a bad smell. After they finished it was spotless and smelt very clean. All the white wall tiles were gleaming and it was done with short notice. The communication was excellent too. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend splashernet.

Splashernet... we booked their end of tenancy service very last minute! Both be supervisor and employee were very friendly and I would definitely use them again ! The three storey house was left spotless, and I wish I had more time to thank the employees that came that day ! A little con would be the carpet cleaning procedure ... I was hoping for a professional carpet cleaning machine, instead of a wet and dry Henry hoover and bucket of solution. That is why I’m giving it one less star ⭐️

His cleaners are very professional and know exactly what they are doing, I was present at the time of the deep clean I asked for and was very impressed. DO NOT EVER USE!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful!! We were Beyond SHOCKED at what service we received!! Cleaners were lazy, messy and inefficient! Rooms and bathrooms had to be redone only because my husband was on site ready to inspect. He was told a bathroom was finished but when he wiped his hand on one of the sides it was completely covered in dust and dirt! All in all they had to stay an hour longer to correct what was wrong and also we had to get the owner down who was making the most terrible excuses for the cleaning job we received. Waste of money, time and energy!!! This business does not deserve to exist!!!!

Well I don't know ! as they didn't turn up as promised and after 2 phone calls & 1 e mail I'm told I can't speak to the boss and no one has contacted me back. I had a special week end coming up so this is more than disappointing but A REAL LET DOWN I'll never try to use again. Babs

Splashernet carried out a deep clean of my house to a standard that I didn't really think was possible, including removing stains which I had assumed were permanent. Contact with the company before and after the service was both friendly and professional. I intend to call on Splashernet on a regular basis from now on.

Paid £100 for 2 bathrooms to be deep cleaned. Was assured it was a deep clean and not standard clean and all limescale would be removed etc. A full bucket of dirty water was spilt on my bedroom floor and only admitted to because I noticed. Limescale not removed and a sub standard job done throughout. Customer service awful and received text afterwards to see if I would pay cash instead of online option stated on invoice. Similar to previous reviews I have seen. Avoid like the plague!!!

Wont ever be using or recommending these cleaners to anyone I know. We paid £300 for an end of tenancy clean, we inspected the house and notified Splashernet of what still needed to be done. Instead of returning to the property they ignored us for a week and our landlord had to pay for another set of cleaners to finish the works. We constantly phoned and e-mailed Splashernet but never got a reply ever. Please don't use these "cleaners" their crooks.

Avoid these guy at all cost. Bad cleaning, bad customer service. Where's the money you owe us.

I booked these cleaners for an end of tenancy cleaning on the basis of previous reviews, and I'm super glad I did. The entire process was smooth, and easy. I was quoted £190 which included such pesky things as cleaning of the ovens, inside windows, and shower screens (three chores that are not in my talent bank when it comes to house work). You could add on additionals such as carpet cleaning, outside windows and wall washing, but I didn't think this would be necessary for an end of tenancy cleaning. If it was my own place and I wanted a thorough spring clean, then I'd definitely consider this as I think it was really good value for money, especially considering I didn't need to lift a finger to clean anything. SO GOOD. I love a clean house, and I feel like I'm constantly running around cleaning mine, so to not have to do this was such a treat!

Came to clean my flat at extremely short notice after being let down by another cleaning company - I first called them at 12:30pm, had to give my keys in at 5pm, and even with those time restrictions, they cleaned the flat thoroughly at lightning speed.
