M Upperdine Joinery

Had x2 bespoke units built. A full wall mounted tv unit with storage and a coat area with storage to fill an awkward space in my reception area. Both were built and put together exactly as planned. The whole process was done to the timescales agreed upon and to the cost of the original quote. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Mark and Jem were fantastic. The work they did was good quality. Nothing was too much trouble. They were helpful and had great solutions wil definitely use again.

Mark did a brilliant job of installing a bespoke banister on our staircase even managed to navigate complicated piping that couldn't be moved. The finished product looks amazing. He cleaned up any mess made afterwards, leaving everything spotless. Would definitely recommend him.

Was really impressed with the quality of the different projects in my home completed by Mark and Jem. All of the work was completed to a high standard and has accommodated for the quirks of an old property. There were regular updates from Mark which was really helpful! I would highly recommend Mark.

We are delighted with the work completed by Mark. He renovated and resprayed our kitchen drawers and built bespoke oak book shelves. Mark was a joy to work with from start to finish. The quality of the work is outstanding and he kept me updated all the way through. I would highly recommend Mark.

Really pleased with alcove cabinets and floating shelves installed by M Upperdine Joinery. Really completed our living room transformation. Mark was friendly and professional throughout, keeping us fully informed and arriving at the times agreed. He looked after our brand new flooring while completing works by keeping it covered and took great care while completing the job. The quality of work is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M Upperdine Joinery.

Brilliant! Will definitely use again for any joinery needs.

Would highly recommend Mark. Great comms before conducting the work - gave us options when our chosen skirting was out of stock - and was really neat & tidy during the fitting. Main thing though is the quality of work which me and my partner were ecstatic with!

Absolutely brilliant service, I’ve had several different projects in my home completed by Mark, including my beautiful kitchen. Mark is honest and upfront, he arrives when he says he will, he is a true perfectionist, work is always done to the highest standard and he even cleans up after himself! Will definitely be using again in the future and already recommended to many friends and family who also have also had very positive feedback.

Mark did an excellent job installing a wardrobe around a chimney breast. He sorted unexpected problems efficiently. The wardrobe maximised available space for shelves and hanging space. It was worth the wait for him to do the job. As for many skilled craftsmen, he has a waiting list of several months Jan B

Mark designed and made some fitted wardrobes for our bedroom to transform the space and give us some much-needed storage. He took time to listen to our requirements, make changes to the design and offer great advice and we’re thrilled with the finished result, which he took great care with and wanted to ensure we were 100 per cent satisfied. His workmanship is of a very high standard at a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend. Great communication too, which is often hard to find. So pleased with the finished wardrobes!

Would highly recommend Mark and Jem for any joinery work big or small. Both lovely, conscientious, tidy and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again! 100% will be returning.

Mark and Jem built and installed a media wall in our attic and the end result is excellent, just what we were looking for. They were cheerful, professional and tidy and I'd certainly use them again for bespoke joinery work.

These guys are lovely. They have taken on the project of extending our nursery and have faced many logistical difficulties but have been so accommodating and positive, facing any problem with a can do attitude and creative solutions. On top of that their work is excellent, we are so pleased we found them 😀 can not recommend these guys enough.

Mark and his team built a high-quality wardrobe in our house. Their recommendations during the initial stage, when we were choosing the wardrobe doors, were invaluable and just as impressive as the fitting process itself. Mark took into account even relatively minor details, such as the convenience of opening the room door and the placement of the lights, during installation. The work was done quickly, and Mark left no mess behind. The room looks beautiful now and has plenty of storage. Thank you!

Super quality work carried out quickly and when agreed and even tidied up aftewards. We are very happy- thank you Mark ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mark is amazing, quick quotes where he turned up with options and samples. The work was top notch, efficient and left the house cleaner than they entered it. Top quality craftsman

Mark and his team helped us replace an old plastic double door with a beautiful set of triple folding Oak doors. Mounted within a bespoke oak frame. Result is superb. The guys were respectful of the surroundings and left everything clean and tidy with minimum disruption to existing decor.

I wish that all tradesmen were this reliable, trustworthy and efficient! We’ve had Mark secure two properties for us, one after a break in at a commercial premises and one at our home after some botched workmanship by a builder, both urgent call outs and completed to a high standard. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend enough!

Mark fitted underfloor insulation in our house. He was brilliant at keeping us informed of his progress on a regular basis and answering any questions we had, which was highly appreciated. He was courteous and professional throughout, and technically skillful in the work he did - the insulation he fitted has already produced a noticeable improvement in keeping the house warm. He was also kind enough to go above and beyond the assigned project and offered to replace some of our defective electric plug sockets at no extra cost. Thank you

So Mark is half way through his work with us and we couldn’t be happier with the progress. Mark listens and tries his very best to pull off what you wish for. He has excelled in our expectations as not only does he build to your designs, he is meticulous, extremely tidy, goes above and beyond to work to your budget and is a great person to have around! Gem has also been here and is just as brilliant. You actually don’t want them to leave. ⚒️ 🧰 🪵

Mark recently completed our kitchen and living room renovations. The kitchen was made bespoke to our specifications to the highest of standards. Everything from the materials to the finish to the design were exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Mark, he is professional, a sucker for detail and a top guy to boot. Thanks Mark

Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended! Thoughtful approach, great communication, very pleased with the solution they provided for our bespoke need (heavy trapdoor needing mechanism for easy lifting. )

Wonderful job! He was easy to work with, on time, did everything to a high standard and tidied up after himself too. Will definately be using him again for all future projects.

We love our alcove cabinets! Very impressed with the craftsmanship and materials used. Everything was done with great attention to detail. The installation was incredibly clean, tidy and prompt and didn't start at a stupidly early hour of day! Nice. Mark brought lots of ideas and suggestions but customised the spec exactly to our needs. Very easy to communicate with throughout and we're very satisfied with the work. Will use again. Recommended! (Thom, Sheffield)

Mark’s attention to detail was impressive and the quality of his workmanship was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Mark again for joinery work. He was tidy and fast and represented good value for money. A high quality job.

Mark and Jem have done us a fantastic job transforming our old decking in to a more modern and useful deck space. They are lovely people, listen to what you want and will let you know what they are doing every step of the way. They keep the line of communication open and are reasonably priced. Their work is of an excellent standard and if there was anything you were unhappy with, they would ensure it was put right before they left the job. They arrive when they say they will arrive and do what you need them to do. Very reliable, approachable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.and would definitely use them.again in the future - thanks Mark & Jem

Mark & Jem created a wonderfully different oak spindle wall on staircase - looks absolutely beautiful! Job was kept clean & tidy (only tradesmen I've actually had that used carpet protection through house!) Excellent craftsmen - well worth the wait, would definitely recommend and use again!

Did me a brilliant job id highly reccomend this joiner and he cleaned up was there on time and what he charged was cheaper than the other quotes i had

Fantastic service and great job. Very happy with the work done. Wouldn’t have known they’d been as so tidy and efficient would totally recommend Them. Already booked the next job. Thanks so much

After arriving on the agreed date and time, Mark completed the job just as I wanted it. He went above and beyond, fixing a dodgy socket for me and leaving the room e'd worked in just as he found it. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mark

Great workmanship and very professional. Very happy with the finish product.

I arranged for Mark to replace the kitchen at the office where I work and I can’t recommend his services enough. He was accommodating of our needs and worked over the weekend to minimise disruption; nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be using him again for any future work.

The team were amazing - created an absolutely beautiful bespoke cabinet for us, keeping us in the loop the whole time. Utterly super!

So happy with the panelling Mark did for me just what I asked for absolutely love it. Communication was brilliant from start to finish will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be booking more work in.

Mark built some cupboards and replaced some skirting boards for me. Terraced houses like mine can be tricky - not many right angles or flat planes! -but Mark did a really good job. Best of all, he charged me way less than the estimate as the work didn't take as long as expected. Can't fault his honesty and professionalism - would highly recommend.

I wouldn’t use anyone else. Attention to detail and the lengths he will go to finish the job properly are just fantastic. Always tidy. Reply’s to messages unlike other tradesmen!! Trust him 100%.

This is the second job Mark has done for us. We have had some fantastic fitted bespoke wardrobes and a panelled wall. Mark and Jem helped me bring my vision to life which I have had on paper for a long time, and it was even better than I could ever have imagined when completed. Perfectionist down to the smallest details. Already got a couple of more jobs lined up for later in the year. I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Mark recently helped me with some consultancy work which allowed me to finish a tricky project much faster. His knowledge, attention to detail and insight allowed me a clear path through the initial planning issues I was having. Great working with you.

We are so very happy with our recently fitted bespoke storage cabinet, vanity unit and our floating shelves that Mark designed and fitted for us. He even made our IKEA wardrobes look as they were built-in! He is extremely passionate about his work, has an amazing attention to detail and uses the best quality materials. We highly recommend and will definitely be using his services again!

Mark fitted our bespoke bathroom cabinet and a kitchen island. We left the design of the cabinet to him, and we are so pleased with the result. His craftsmanship is amazing and we couldn’t have had anyone better for the job- he is reliable and genuinely cares about his work. Thanks Mark :)

We are so, so happy with our fitted wardrobes. They are enormous but such lovely quality. We're really happy to have used local trade. Really impressed with all aspects of the job and already having more work quoted for. Mark was really friendly and efficient, and helpful. Thank you!

Mark recently fitted a new loft hatch for me, so now I have nice easy access to my boiler which was difficult to get to before. The work was carried out in a professional timely manner and he used carpet protectors so the house was left tidy and clean afterwards, which must of been difficult considering the amount of coal soot up there. I highly recommend M Upperdine Bespoke Joinery, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent joinery work. Mark helped me bring my vision to life and it was even better when completed. He’s a perfectionist. Even down to the smallest details he works with you to ensure he achieves the best. He fitted the tongue and groove panelling too behind the desks. He’s also done other panelling in my living room and I won’t have any other joiner now, he’s worth the wait ! Thanks Mark!

Excellent work. Mark is professional, reliable and very clean and tidy with his work
