Deerpark Carpentry & Construction

Michael was professional and did a brilliant job of installing new doors at my property.

More than just a joiner. Real eye for detail. Highly recommend!

Had Mike come in to do four different carpentry jobs around the house - a fitted wardrobe, an airing cupboard rack and made to measure storage solutions in the W/C and under stairs cupboard. Very high standard of work. Flexible on timing and options (finishes, etc). Would definitely make use of again.

Michael has a fantastic eye for detail and takes great care in his work. I’ve had three projects with him and I’m happy with each one. Two built in wardrobes and a standalone desk. Hardworking, dedicated and friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

What can I say, "a simply outstanding trust worthy joiner" Michael is methodical and fastidious in everything he does, we first used his company "Deer Park Carpentry" for all our replacement internal doors which were perfectly hung, then he designed and built a 3 meter run of fitted wardrobes which again were perfectly designed and perfectly installed and finally he recently designed and built our new lounge media wall being nearly 5 meters long (see pics) which is superb "we absolutely love it" his attention to detail is a pleasure to behold, never any fuss he just gets on with the job barely stopping to have a break and the best thing is he always cleans up after him! If you want as near to perfection as you can get then Michael's your man, I would certainly recommend him to anyone Thank you Michael, it's certainly been a pleasure.

Deerpark played a huge part in the opening of my gym Moai Strength & Wellness, so I couldn’t recommend enough! From building a separate room inside my unit for group training, installing the shower units, joinery work for toilet doors, skirting, flooring the list goes on. Even fitting the speakers (not sure that was on the list at first🤣) A premium service that made my facility look premium too! Thanks to Mike and any of the team he brought a long.

Michael was very efficient and delivered everything he said he would plus more. Very communicative and I highly recommend.

Michael made a cupboard to cover our boiler in bedroom. He did an amazing job. I am very pleased with the quality. It took him only a week from coming to take measurements and fitting it. When he came to my house, he also advised me on some flooring issues and on the following visit he fixed them. Michael was very quick to respond to my messages as well. Michael was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Michael.

Couldn’t be happier with the work that’s been done. Brilliant communication from start to finish. I had an understairs cupboard installed and also additional custom size storage cupboards. Excellent design and quality. Highly recommend!

Very happy with our beutiful new bathroom airing cupboard. The style & colour is exactly what we were after. Very good service, and we'll definitely be using again for future projects. Thanks

I asked Michael to install a new bannister and hand rail. The work is excellent and would call on him for any further work that needs doing. He is very professional, polite, always cleaned up after him. Thank you once again for an excellent job. June 2023.

Amazing service and high standard of workmanship. I had my handrail and stair bannisters replaced. Excellent work

Michael has built for us some beautiful shelves and cupboards fitted perfectly into two alcoves. Would recommend his handiwork to others. We have now asked him to build a new outdoor gate as well.

Absolutely superb job, really happy with the results. Will definitely be using Deerpark Carpentry in the future.

Mike came recommended by a plumber I was using. The work that needed doing is in a 100 year old terraced house. I wanted 8 doors fitted, but I knew it wouldn’t be easy as every door frame, all original, are all different sizes and shapes, and I don’t think there is one that’s level. Mike carried on, undeterred, and did a very professional first class job. One frame needed replacing, and once finished, the fit was perfect. I will certainly be using his services again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and I think your search would be long and hard to find a better carpenter. A very friendly attitude, and a liking for Earl Grey tea, so 100% from me

Deer Park Carpentry created us an understair cupboard and we are really impressed with the outcome and use of the new space. Exceptionally high quality work and worth every penny! The service was great from start to finish. Michael is friendly, professional, passionate and meticulous. Mikey fitted our new kitchen in June 2022. We are very pleased with the outcome and found Mikey has very good attention to detail. We are pleased to recommend Mikey and will use him again in the future

Thoroughly recommend Michael. He fitted us a kitchen from DIY kitchens, created bespoke units and extractor fan cover as well as a false wall and pocket door. It wasn't straightforward for him as we had lots of ideas, not all finalised, so he had to think on his feet! Michael is talented, creative and patient, working along side us to make our ideas come to life. He is trustworthy, friendly courteous and hard working, taking taking a pride in his work delivering quality outcomes. He will be back to do some tiling for us and hopefully some other jobs if he can fit us in!

Excellent work and service from start to finish, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using Deerpark again.

You can stop searching and hire Deer Park Carpentry, and here's why you should. I hired Michael to build us a new wood wall with an aperture for a window, install a front door and build us a bannister where there was none before. I've never had such a friendly, trustworthy, skilled and courteous tradesman in my house. From start to finish, he communicated everything we needed to know, he asked us questions when there were decisions to make, he showed up when he said he would and he religiously tidied up after himself. He even called in extra help when he needed it. He was kind to me and my wife, he said hello to my daughter and went out of his way to make sure there was as little disruption as possible when we were all at home. As for the work itself - I'm so, so impressed. He did exactly what we asked him to, but it's the care and attention that's gone into the finish that makes me smile. Small things like the choice of trim, the beautifully smooth sanding, the way he's lined up new materials with the old stuff that already existed - Michael loves his work and it really, really shows. And I can't stop running my hands over everything. It really is beautifully crafted. I have so, so much respect for Michael. It's really difficult to find a trustworthy tradesman, but I'll be keeping Deer Park Carpentry's number in my phone forever. Thank you so much.

Michael was very professional and hard working. He completed all of the custom joinery and work for us to a great standard. We would definitely use him again!
