Mark did a great job refitting my bathroom. Thoroughly recommend his work. Thorough, punctual and tidy.

I was very disappointed with Mark. He came over to give us a quote for a bathroom floor refitting. After a week I didn't hear anything from him. I sent him an email asking for the quote again, which he did send, but one of the items was not need, so I asked him to revise the quote. He ignored my message. After a few days, I wrote to him again to remind him, he ignored this as well, after few more days later I wrote to him one more time and asked him to let me know if he can proceed, or maybe not interested in the job. He ignored this email too. No basic courtesy.

Mark did an excellent job on a small bathroom fit-out for us. From the start he offered really helpful advice and suggestions, which made a big difference to the final result. The quality of the workmanship and finish was outstanding. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and we’re very happy with the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Mark refitted our downstairs cloakroom and we couldn't be happier with his work. He is calm, easy-going and knowledgeable, and he treats the project like he is the one who will have to live with it, with great attention to detail. Everyone who has seen the new tiling and suite has commented on Mark's skill. Even the way he cut tiles to accommodate pipes is exquisite and very discreet, and he was careful to match the tile pattern on the boxing hiding unsightly pipes. I had trouble finding a suitable radiator and Mark was very patient and gave me helpful advice. He is also very neat and tidy; every evening, apart from the work progressing, it was like he had not even been there! Our utility room is going to need redoing at some point and we will have no hesitation in asking Mark to do it!

Couldn't fault him! Mark has been at our house for the last couple of weeks ripping out and refitting a family bathroom. I have nothing but praise for how Mark works - he is calm, efficient, gets on with things with no dramas or issues, is super-tidy and a perfectionist with his work. His tiling is completely symmetrical - he has a really good eye for detail - the joins are so neat and the workmanship generally is outstanding. His prices are fair, and he's really trustworthy and reliable. I can't recommend him enough - we'll certainly be using him for our other bathrooms!

I used Mark to fit a new kitchen. What a first class tradesmen he is. The quality of his work is first class. He keeps the work space clean and tidy and is a nice person to have around which is a nice bonus. Mark had to come back twice through no fault of his own. A cupboard was missing and my new sink was damaged. He returned when the missing cupboard arrived and again to replace the damaged sink. He did this with no fuss and arrived when he said that he would. I would suggest that you don't waste your time getting several quotes. Mark charges a fair price and gives a fair days work but more importantly a quality job in return. I will use Mark again without hesitation.

Mark was efficient, competant and completed the job, with extra work, within a good time frame. His rates were reasonable and we will be using him for some other work in our home soon.

Mark fitted an integrated dishwasher and fridge for us. He arrived on time and was very patient with what was quite a fiddly and frustrating job. His pricing was very reasonable too so definitely recommended.

Mark recently transformed three bathrooms for us. Meticulous attention to detail both in preparation work and final finish. Mark was able to complete everything in a short timescale and was very accommodating when we changed our minds on a couple of things.
