Customers of Gw joinery often praise the quality of its radiator covers and other fitted work, with several saying the items arrived as expected or sooner. Reviewers repeatedly mention helpful, professional communication, including guidance on tricky measurements for bespoke radiator covers. Several describe the finished work as clean, tidy and well made. One reviewer says a size query on Etsy was handled unhelpfully and that they bought a radiator cover elsewhere with no such trouble.
Bought a black, double-rattan radiator cover. It arrived sooner than expected, lovely quality and fits beautifully. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Communication from start to finish, professional service at a great price very happy with the quality I would definitely recommend! Thank you it looks amazing!
Couldn't recommend them enough! I love my new radiator cover and it fits perfectly. Communication was excellent and responses were very quick and thorough. I had some questions about measurements due to my radiator being non standard and my hallway space being very tight but they walked me through the process and made it bespoke to my space.
Recently ordered a number of radiator covers and despite the Christmas break they managed to put them together and install all ready for the new year. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the near future.
Ordered a bespoke radiator cover and was delighted with both product and service. Marcus is a really sound guy. Would highly recommend.
Couldn’t recommend these guys more. Incredible service, well priced, and good people. Wardrobes look amazing.
Based on my experience with them on Etsy, I wouldn't recommend them. They messaged to check my sizes (which was understandable as it's a bespoke product) but when I submitted them they questioned them again. Instead of just saying "We would suggest you have a cover made to size X instead of Y" they were unhelpful. I'm glad many appear to have had a positive experience. Mine was anything but.... Just addressing one point raised by the company and that's about the amount of negative reviews I've given. Out of over 250 reviews something like 17 have received less than three stars so not quite sure as to the validity of their point. I have since ordered a radiator cover from someone else with zero hassle from them over sizes given.
Another great radiator cover from GW Joinery! Arrived even earlier that I expected! Quick and effective communication with the seller, as I had to change my original measurements.
Extremely pleased with my new radiator cover. Excellent quality, made exactly to measure, great communication during the process. Would highly recommend - many thanks!
What a fantastic Company and service. Ordered bespoke floating shelves , arrived well packaged and were so easy to install. The whole process from start to finish was handled in a very professional and efficient way ( great value for money also ! ) I can't recommend these guys enough , looking to get cupboards sorted now either side of my fireplace.

GW Joinery have just completed a large media wall and laid new flooring for my Mom and Dad. They were very professional from start to finish and have worked very hard to get the job completed in the time frame given. It looks absolutely amazing! The before and after pictures speak for themselves! They are a perfectionist at what they do and I highly recommend them to anyone.
