Just had the most exceptional Outer Room built by this team. Probably the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with in London and Surrey surrounding area. They were professional, friendly and listened to every little detail we wanted to ensure we got an entirely bespoke and unique garden space / office / gym / guest room / storage shed and a beautiful bathroom as well! We have had so many compliments already and are excited to start using it! If you're looking at competitors don't bother, we spent a very long time comparing and found this company to be transparent about pricing and what is included without compromising on quality!! Outerroom delivered above and beyond our expectations! Matt & Stuart as well as their subcontractors did a fantastic job on our project. We now have a fully functioning office/gym/spare bedroom and storeroom where we once had an old and underused garage. We feel its added value to our home, especially giving us a home office and cinema/gym space. The end product is a high end quality finish throughout (painting, glazing, lights, PIRs, sockets etc) and each room has been completed to our specification. The end of the garden never looked so good! We cannot recommend Outerroom - Matt, Stuart & Josh enough. Background info... After researching other companies in the area and getting four different quotes including Green Retreats, we contacted Outerroom for formal quotes in 2023 along with a client reference visit. The reference visit helped us see the level of detail and quality finish the Outerroom team work to achieve for their client. Engagement and communications with Matt & Stuart was always spot on. We collaborated with them on design choices, finishes etc. They were very transparent about costs, what was included and what would be extras, expectations set clearly. The building works were largely completed by Matt, Stuart and Josh. The old garage was dismantled and disposed of in our skip. They have subcontractors for the structural pins, doors and glazing, electrics, AC unit and painting. All subcontractors were polite, cleared their respective rubbish away, were very trusting, friendly and professional. Overall the project took 6 weeks due to bad weather.

Amazing quality and value. Due to working from home we decided to have an office built in the garden. Matt and Stuart were lovely always keeping us in the loop each step of the way. My neighbours were so impressed that they too are now having a garden room built using the same company.

Stuart and Matt at Outer Rooms are honestly the most professional guys to deal with when it comes to garden rooms. Running a company myself it was a breath of fresh air getting these guys in to build garden rooms for my client as part of a big projects. Matt and Stuart built me a garden workshop / office with sink, pegboard wall and many other features. The result is fantastic. They even clad the front with the larch shingles that I had organised. We are so happy with our garden room from Outer Room. Matt and Stu were fantastic from very first consultation, to clearing the area and building the room. This isn't a flat pack garden room, these are hand constructed, bespoke rooms with incredible insulation, great looking exterior and brilliant finish inside. The team are very professional, friendly and work extremely hard. Personal recommendations such as fob switches, ceiling speakers and lighting really added to the finished building. I would highly recommend Outer Room to anyone looking for a garden room.

OuterRoom has just completed our garden room. Matt and Stuart worked flat out and made sure everything was spot on. The whole process from quotation to handover was exemplary. The works were competitively priced and carried out as per the quote. We also liked the fact the room is “customised” to your exact requirements - this is not a “prefab” that many other companies seem to offer you. This meant that we had the flexibility to review and change things at every stage. We were impressed with the installation of the ground screws and base, which is far cleaner than concrete and more environmentally friendly. The cedar finish is great, the plastering is perfect and the electrician put all the sockets and lights exactly where we wanted. We would highly recommend OuterRoom without hesitation if you are looking to create a beautiful space in your garden for a multipurpose room. You can use it for so many things, and it's insulated, has an EPDM roof, electricity, heating and so you'll get year round pleasure from it for many years. We’re so happy that we chose OuterRoom to design and build our Gym. Matt, Stuart and the team are very experienced and skilled at what they do. The quality of their work and attention to detail is what really made them stand out from the other companies we’d enquired with. They offered a great range of options for the doors, windows and heating etc to meet our budget and weren’t trying to push the most expensive things which was a breath of fresh air! The floor of our Garden Gym withstands the impact of heavy weight training. The TV, Internet and ceiling speaker system was also installed by the team. The finishing touch of an outdoor training area with astroturf and lighting means there really is no excuse not to train whatever the weather or time! We’d thoroughly recommend OuterRoom to anyone looking into creating a bespoke building or extension.
