A bit of a long-winded review, so bear with me. At the start of the summer, we approached three companies about the refurbishment of our house in Wimborne. After meeting several firms that we didn’t feel comfortable with—and receiving quotes we didn’t trust—we came across Sam at Wimborne Home Improvements. It was actually a chance meeting, as Sam’s little ones go to school with ours. We got talking, and Sam immediately put us at ease. He reassured us that we could achieve what we wanted within our budget, and he came across as genuine, sincere, and genuinely focused on what would be best for us. We agreed to go ahead with a quote and a timescale, set up a WhatsApp group, and from there built a great relationship and friendship as our home has taken shape. We are now just a week away from completion and getting our keys back, and we honestly cannot recommend Sam and Wimborne Home Improvements highly enough. They have been personal, polite, professional, and incredibly hard-working throughout. We didn’t know Sam before this project—now we do, and we will be recommending him to anyone considering refurbishment work in the future. sam has particularly enjoyed the challenge of giving our little boys a 'space themed bedroom', we cant wait for the boys to see! Sam was brilliant starting with planning and giving me ideas and arranging for everything to be done. It has all been completed to a very high standard and all the workmen left my home clean and tidy after every visit. He was always in hand with any queries I had and to give me advice, the downstairs of my property has been transformed and I am especially pleased with the beautiful new front doors.
