These guys are amazing. We had a 2 storey extension and from start to finish we couldn’t have asked for more. Matt and his team are all professional and highly skilled. Would really recommend.

I would definitely recommend Matty, and the rest of Reading Construction. We had a two storey extension and lot of interior remodelling but it was completed on time, and to a very high standard.

Great standard of work, on budget, incredibly tidy and very knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable that they were the right team to go with. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

We just wanted to say how pleased we have been with the works that Matthew and the team at Reading Construction carried out for us. Everything was done and completed as per the quoted schedule. Matthew was always around to ensure any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would 100% recommend and have already been doing so!!! We would definitely use again!

Reading Construction built a single storey kitchen extension for us and we were very pleased with the quality and speed of construction. The coordination of plumbing and electric trades was seamless. Payments were only requested and made when we were happy with the work done. Minimum fuss and excellent results.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My build got in a pickle for a number of reasons so stood dormant for months while I considered selling and just losing the money because of the worry. I saw Matty and his team working on another house down the road and noticed they were there every day for a full day and were always working hard every time i went past so I chanced a call. Despite being stacked with work for months ahead, Matty assured me he would see what he could do to fit me in as much as possible…. ….they have just done a week here and i am honestly amazed! This team are a god send, they work so incredibly hard and have really put every effort in to help me. The amount of work they have got through in the week and the reassurance they have given has lifted such a weight off my shoulders - I’m actually excited about my build again and have faith I may get my home back! I can’t express enough how grateful I am, not just to how much they have done or how nice they have been but to the standard of work. Thank you isn’t enough!

We would highly recommend reading construction, extremely professional and quality is 100% we have recently had a two storey extension built which was completed 3 months early. We cannot thank all at reading construction enough for the workmanship and everything you did for us and going the extra mile when needed. We are more than happy with there top quality workmanship. Ben and Matty worked hard to meet our original timeline despite al the challenges through COVID last year (difficulty getting materials, lockdown etc). The team always arrived ontime and left a clean and safe site. Ben especially was very reasonable when it came taking on extra work, adjustments and variations. The team made themselves open to all channels of communication and were very responsive. Matty went out of his way to make himself available to do site visits outside of working hours whilst we had temporarily moved out. We were very happy with the renovation works and enjoying the extra space. Finally, Ben and Matty have reminded us they are only a phone call away if we need them despite the contract work being over. This gives us piece of mind and is a mark of quality assurance.

From the moment we met Ben, Matt and the team we knew our search for a builder was over. Reading Construction turned our tired 1960's house into our beautiful home. They extended and reconfigured the house to make it fit our needs. The craftsmanship and work ethic was second to none and we are so happy with our decision to choose Reading Construction. We live on a small road with only a few houses on it, the teams corteous nature meant our new neighbours had no issues during the 7 month build. Thanks to Ben, Matt and the team for giving us more than we could ever have wished for in a home.

Ben and the team at Reading Construction completely transformed our tired 1960s house into a contemporary family home with a two storey side and single story rear extension. Having never embarked on such a big project, nor worked with Reading Construction, we were initially anxious that all would go well and that we’d made the right decision. The anxiety didn’t last long because from the very start the communication from Ben and the team was excellent, our requirements and needs were always put first and where we encountered problems these were overcome collectively. I cannot recommend Ben, Matty and the team highly enough. Hardworking, professional, contentious and a pleasure to have around. They have recently undertaken a partial garage conversion to create a larger kitchen and diner for me to a very high standard within specified timescales and price quoted, and approx. 10 years ago they knocked my kitchen and lounge through to create a larger loung and dining area. I hope to use them again for a single storey extension in the not too distant future. Thank you for a great job 👍

Reading Construction did a great job of renovating our old outbuildings. The whole team were polite and worked efficiently. We have been very pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ben, Matty and the boys started our extension at the beginning of February. We had never met the guys before and we purely chose them due to getting the right feeling after our first meeting. They are an absolute pleasure to have around and so far they are extremely professional, tidy and very hard working. We though we may have issues with the foundations but Ben and his team came up trumps and the foundations were laid and signed off. Couldn't be happier and we have only just started. We are really excited to see the end result. We would 100% recommend Reading Construction to anyone.
