I got a quick response but i was told they cannot take any new projects. disappointing..

We were living in a fairly large, beautiful but somewhat dilapidated grade II listed house. We employed Morris & Blunt to carry out substantial repairs to the entire external structure, while being carried out to fairly rigorous Listed Building consent requirements. The project included: Replacing all the tiles on our entire roof including new felt and batons Replacing two dormer windows and repair of our sash windows Install new cast iron guttering around the entire property Full repair of large rear and end gables including new oak wood frames. Built a new oak framed lobby to a high specification. The works were substantial and complicated by a number of logistical and accessibility challenges, but Morris & Blunt seemed to overcome all these obstacles with ease. Morris & Blunt hit the sweet spot in our choice for a building contractor. Not so large that we would be just another project, but large enough that they could demand excellent and reliable service from their own subcontractors. Communication throughout the project was excellent and highly professional. The team we worked with were exceedingly competent and clearly set high standards for themselves and those working with them. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations, and we are delighted with the end result. Our house now looks fantastic, so a big thank you to the whole team. Needless to say, I have no hesitation in recommending Morris & Blunt. Simon.
