Amazing!! This is the 2nd job Liam has done for us this time bringing Steve along for 2 weeks to rip out and redo a whole new bathroom! I cannot fault these pair. From start to finish professional and polite... (brilliant singing too on the days I worked from home they kept me entertained for sure!) Very eager to please and ALWAYS asking for my input and if everything was OK! Liam was also at the end of the phone whenever my husband or I needed to contact him he never failed to reply instantly! Felt completely safe and happy to leave them with key and access to our home without us around too which is a massive help when you have to be at work before they arrive and after they're gone! The work was a list of random jobs that had accumulated in my elderly parent’s house. From first contact to completion of the work, the experience was excellent: communication timely and clear; quick quote; arrived on time; offered suggestions and advice; good attention to detail and accuracy; added small enhancements like putting sealant on the back of wall mounted planters to stop water collecting behind them; good people skills. I highly recommend Liam and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, and for more involved projects.

We had Liam out to remove a wall to extend our living area. We were apprehensive as we’ve had messy builders in the past but read good reviews about LP Property Services. Liam is hands down the cleanest builder we have ever had. He cleaned up at the end of each day and kept us informed of what would be happening the next day. We would highly recommend him and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Liam replaced rotten boards on the porch then stained them to match, redecorated a bedroom and cemented loose capstones on a garden wall. He has very high standards, is friendly and approachable with any questions, and clears up thoroughly. We are always very pleased with the work done and would recommend.

LP Property services have been working at my property this last week, conducting a full gable end roof renovation. Liam arrived promptly and set to work. Liam and his team recently completely major refurbishment works to our hallway and bathroom. You will never meet a team more dedicated to their craft; their creativity and attention to detail is second to none, and you can tell they genuinely care about delivering the best possible result. They are tidy and conscientious, ensuring the site is cleaned to the best possible standard at the end of every day. The project threw so many curveballs at us, but Liam handled them all with grace, providing advice and solutions to every problem. When the problems caused delays, Liam worked tireless over the long bank holiday and into evenings to ensure we stayed on track and finished on time. We communicated regularly via the phone and WhatsApp. It was so refreshing to find someone who communicates so well and so promptly. Seen their properties to let on the utube, but when I wanted to enquire about it. Couldn't!!. Found it very confusing. Need to make it easier. I was looking for a mother and daughter, who no one wants to help. The council gave them the dawn centre, 3times.not adiqiped for a disabled adult. And muslim. So I thought maybe I can rearm my heaven though them.
