Had them in to rip out and refit our kitchen, cannot fault a single thing - really attentive, constantly providing updates and excellent timescales. Had a few issues with the company that provided the kitchen with bits missing and Morspace were super proactive in sourcing the missing pieces and ensuring it didn’t disrupt the job - would highly recommend them

Shaun and his lads recently completed a full downstairs renovation for us, including the installation of a new kitchen, downstairs toilet and utility cupboard, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, they were friendly, responsive, and incredibly tidy — you could tell they really cared about doing the job properly. They went above and beyond throughout the whole project, offering creative ideas and practical solutions that really improved the final outcome. Shaun’s knowledge and experience were invaluable, especially as this was our first time doing any major work on the house. He was patient, approachable, and always happy to answer our many questions! The standard of workmanship is excellent, and the whole team was a pleasure to have around. We’ll definitely be using Shaun and his lads again for the next stage of our home improvements — they’ve set the bar very high

Shaun was always just a phone call away whenever I had a question or needed a bit of guidance, and his knowledge actually helped us save money along the way. There was never any pressure, no hidden costs or unnecessary add-ons — just honest, quality work. The lads were brilliant too. They worked hard every single day, cleaned up after themselves, and took real pride in what they did. At times I even had to tell them to head home because I was happy to do the last bit of mopping myself! The end result is our absolute dream kitchen and a new downstairs toilet/utility cupboard that we’re over the moon with. When the odd problem did pop up, Shaun was straight round and sorted it straight away. This was our first project with Morespace Construction Ltd, and it definitely won’t be the last. We’ll be using Shaun and his team for all our future work — can’t recommend them highly enough!

Another great experience with Morspace Construction Ltd. This is the second time we have used Shaun and his team for building works. This time was for a complete remodel/rebuild of an old extension. Really pleased with the guidance offered throughout, and extremely happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Morspace.
